Rawi Warin Resort in Thailand hosted our destination wedding, and we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. As a couple from different countries who met in a foreign land but now reside together, we sought an intimate wedding with 33 guests. Rawi Warin stood out among the 20 resorts we researched on Krabi/Ko Lanta due to its remarkable beauty and elegant ambiance, ultimately leading us to book our wedding there. Throughout the planning process, the resort's communication was frequent and efficient, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival three days before the wedding, we were struck by the well-maintained gardens, picturesque pond, and exquisite buildings, all of which contributed to the resort's appeal. The resort staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to Rawi Warin and its dedicated team for their contribution to making our wedding a memorable occasion. In fact except Mr. Kwun. No one else smiled much. It's not as good as a vendor selling Thai snacks with a bright smile. As a hotel with a relatively high positioning. While you are happy with the money. Your service level, your sanitary environment, your geographical location, and your various supporting facilities should also keep up. Among them, the comprehensive quality of service personnel is very important. Empathy is also important. The lady in the hijab (smiling to the whites, indifferent to the Chinese), took us to the hotel room. There are two rooms available, let's just use one of them. Of course, there is really no need for our family of three. But not something you can bring to me. Because I defaulted to paying for the entire room. No matter how many rooms I think I have the right to use. (In the end we didn't use it because we didn't want to burden the cleaning staff, and indeed we didn't need it) because we were scheduled to go to Krabi Airport at 5 pm. So after hotel check out (2pm). The BOSS of the hotel arranged another villa for us to rest. Thank you so much. However, the lady at the front desk who wore a hijab led us to the living room without air conditioning. It's still hot in July. This makes me uncomfortable. I don't know if it was the headscarf lady's own idea or the decision of the hotel boss. Don't criticize me, you are picky and picky when you live in a free room. The day before, I directly mentioned how much it would cost to add money for a delayed check-out. Mr kwun said it was free. I just decided to rest at the hotel. . How could I know that the price was too high or there was no air-conditioning? It doesn't matter if I just book a cheap hotel for rest. The kindness of the original boss was taken to the living room by the turban lady to rest. I fell asleep and woke up from the heat. uncomfortable. Later, I applied to the boss again, and went to sleep in an air-conditioned room in the bedroom. The hotel boss also agreed. But I don't know why there is an extra twist. Everything was to our likes: beach, nearby restaurants, room, cleaning etc. The wifi was sometimes good and a few times less so. The breakfast is very good, both the food and the service. We especially enjoyed our walks in the area on the opposite site of the main road. In between the main road an the hills you walk soon enough in an area with farms, rubber trees and no tourists. The app Maps.me helps to find these smaller paths and roads.

Gorgeous. Nothing to say. Attentive staff, magnificent room with sea view. Good bonus breakfast with Nutella! The gardens are very well maintained. The swimming pool and the beach are perfect for enjoying your vacation! Only downside: We came in low season, and we asked the hotel to organize a transfer for us to a nearby island. unfortunately it was quite expensive, I think the hotel is making a good profit. I think it is better to book by other means

An amazing hotel in a great location. The staff are incredible, the best service ever, they can’t help enough. Especially Su, who looked after us so well and really went the extra mile to make our stay amazing, The restaurant was lovely, on the beach and the food was great. We planned to stay a few days but ended up staying for a week. The cottages are small ish but very clean and the bed was very comfortable, which is probably the most important thing for me when I travel. A lovely little veranda outside (with electric plugs) , and on some days I put the fan there and did some work on my laptop. The beach is 5 minute walk with a few restaurants and cafés along the way. The owner and his friend Suzan are really laid back and helpful. We booked our trips, scooters and laundry service there and prices were better than at any of the nearby agencies. No breakfast facilities but there are multiple breakfast places 2 min away. It's not a 5 star resort but we had everything we needed: a comfortable, clean place by probably the best swimming beach in Lanta.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend. Firstly the staff on the desk were very welcoming and collected our bags from the door and delivered them to our room. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and the check in process was effortless and very efficient. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were a 2 min walk from our door and the beach restaurant serves excellent food. There were no issues during our stay and I was able to rent a bike from the hotel reception which arrived in 5 mins which was also a very efficient service. After checking out a staff member dropped us to the pier where we continued our journey. Shortly after checking out the manager of the hotel (never got his name) emailed me to say I had managed to leave my €300 camera behind in the room. He rang me to organise how to get the camera back to me and went to the effort of bubble wrapping, and boxing up my camera to be delivered to Koh Phi Phi on the same day and rang me during each stage to keep me in the loop as to where my camera is. Once the camera arrived on the island he rang me to tell me where I was able to collect it. This level of customer service cannot go unrecognised and he asked for nothing in return. I can’t urge travellers enough to stay in this hotel. I will be returning 100%. Thank you very much Lanta Staff & Manager!

We moved to the resort after another not so good experience for one night on another beach. The resort is nicely located on the beach we think is the nicest to stay at if you do not want the extremely quiet experience. It is also conveniently located close to town. The breakfast buffet is very good, the pool areas great and the beach as well. The restaurant offers a dinner buffet which I think needs rethinking. We did not try the gym or the massage services which seemed expensive though. The resort is very green and on the plus side they have some resident monitor lizard which they sometimes feed close to the breakfast area. The rooms are ok but not great and could perhaps be cleaned more thoroughly. However, after intending to stay 4 nights we stay 4 nights so it was a good experience after all. We were not really impressed by the island initially but it grew on us and now we actually like it and its vibe along the beach at night a lot.

We chose Twin Lotus because it is adults only. It was romantic, peaceful, lovely, and we will definitely go back. We selected a room in the back as it was cheaper and we did not need to be on the beach. There are several,pools to choose from. The ine at the beach can get filled by 0830 but we always managed to get chairs with an umbrella. If you do not occupy your chair they remove the towel but leave your belongings. We took chairs that had a book on the side table. The book owner came and we explained no towels were on the chair. She knew the rules and said she would choose a beach chair instead ( along the beach are chairs but no umbrellas). We were thrilled she was so nice. The breakfast buffet is standard and plentiful. All the choices were delicious. No flies or ants anywhere. You may see an occasional meandering water monitor but they walk past you. The gym is immaculate and adequately equipped. The spa is wonderful with well- trained staff. We had dinner there a few times and the food was very good. There are places in the little streets behind the hotel and along the beach and next door, but Twin Lotus food was better though a bit more costly. Happy Hour drinks were good. We had a Go Dive snorkel dive tours to Koh Haa and a car ride to Old Town. Recommend both. The people in Old Town were exceptionally nice and the little museum is quaint. Eateries along their street are good. Allow two hours for Old Town not including the drive to and from. The next time we stay at Twin Lotus we will go to Phi Phi but have been before. Twin Lotus has many books to borrow located inside breakfast restaurant, There are buggies to drive you to and from your room or villa if you have mobility issues. Do not bring glass bottles or glass to the swimming pool. Any wait staff will give you a plastic mug or ”glass” to drink your beer or drink in the pool or at the pool. Please read the rules at pool entrance and follow them to keep yourself and others safe. The resort is mostly European people and everyone, young couples and older ones, singles, and all were cordial and respectful.

I booked a pool room, and I could easily enter the pool directly from the room's extended balcony. The room is comfortable, hygienic, and the internal facilities are very considerate. From the facilities in the room to the cleanliness of bath towels, everything is in place! The breakfast is great, with both Thai and Western breakfasts, and the service is also very warm and friendly. It can be said that it is the most representative hotel on Koh Lanta! This time I felt very warm and comfortable, worth experiencing!
