"This hotel resort is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in. Friendly hospitable staff with greetings and smiles from everyone from cleaners gardeners waitresses bell boys reception was outstanding from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble. A particular mention to Michelle who made our stay such a memorable one. The BBQ and entertainment were superb. The breakfast accommodated every tastes and vast choice. The quality of the food was outstanding. The location both for beach and for access to the town was great. Looking forward to returning"

"We stayed over NYE in a Deluxe Villa. It was great for the 2 of us. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and House keeping came everyday and cleaned the room, changed towels and topped up the glass bottled water. This place is on an island- there will be insects and bugs! They didn’t bother us. Shower pressure was good, there was ample of hot water and the bathroom size was good! We had stayed in a standard room before NYE and then came back to Royal Lanta after staying in Ko Phi Phi. The staff really make this place- always friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile if you show basic manners and respect. In the short time we were gone the sun lounger mattresses and umbrellas had an upgrade and on NYE all guests received a thank you letter and bottle of wine. The resort does need some improvements but overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff were awesome and we would stay here again during peak time."

"Loved it!!! Amazing location with stunning views! I didnt even want to wear my headphones and listen to my music. I was so enjoying my food by the gorgeous beach, i would come out in the evening and watch the sun going down, i would come out at night and lay down on a bench and stare at the super bright stars, and would always listen to the sound of waves... The staff was super helpful and helped me with all of my endless questions:))) The room was clean and comfortable. I have ONLY positive memories now and so grateful for my perfect Lanta experience!💕💕💕 i would also like to say that this place suits anybody, be it a single traveller,family with kids or just a bunch of friends."

"It was a really good hotel overall and for its price. A great pool and beach to walk out to everyday. Very family oriented so if you looking for a party then this is not the place but if you looking for a place to really relax, swim a lot and enjoy the sun then this is the place. One downside would be that a lot of the guests would wake up before the sun was even up to take the deck chairs by the pool and beach. Very annoying to not get seating for the day. The hotel needs to get more chairs by the pool for the guests. Breakfast was good for the first few days but gets monotonous after a while because it’s the same every morning. Overall I enjoyed it and I will be going back. Great area to mission around too if you hire a motorbike."
