The room is renovated. It is quite spacious and bright. The price is relatively cheap. I will still choose it when I go to Kobe again. It is a very good hotel with good service. Although the facilities are old, they are very clean.

I think it's fine if you stay overnight without meals. A hotel that feels like a direct use of a love hotel.
The free water in the refrigerator was frozen, and the bathroom smelled like sewage.

The facilities were old, but there was no damage or dirt, so I think it was very well cleaned.
