"I chose this hotel because I had a conference at the convention centre not knowing I have limited choice of getting something to eat (looking for halal option). Despite the lacking, I was able to survive for 3 days as I had to commute the Portliner to get something to eat. The location was quite a distance towards the portliner station therefore you have to walk a bit with your luggage if you are coming using public transport. The hotel surrounding is quiet. This is my first time staying at hotel in Japan, most of the time in airbnb. Towels were changed daily. Did not choose the breakfast. Service was acceptable."

"My husband and I came to the hotel for one night. The location is very scenic, close to the bus terminal where we arrived. We were greeted very warmly. There were no communication issues — the young women who helped us check in spoke English well and had a great sense of humor. They showed us everything and took us to our rooms. I especially want to mention that while we were waiting to check in, a wonderful woman in a kimono brought us hot towels, bowls of tea, and small sweets. After our journey, it was a very pleasant touch. Our room was fantastic. We chose it for the stunning view of the mountains. We slept soundly in the beds. The public baths were wonderfully relaxing — this was our first experience with onsens. I also booked a massage. A young woman came to my room, and the massage was done with clothes on — it was the best decision of that evening. I didn't want it to end. For dinner, there was a whole ceremony. There was an enormous amount of food. We couldn't finish it all. Some things were delicious, others were new to us and a bit unfamiliar. But it all added to our experience and enriched us. Thank you for the hospitality. A wonderful place!"

You can make an appointment for a private bath every hour, but there is actually no one in the public bath~ Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all very rich and impeccable~ You can also experience Yukata and tatami. There is a service staff who works in Taiwan and helped us translate throughout the whole process. Very nice and took care of us. Very suitable for children~ You can go to the official website to check it out. The various children's facilities are amazing! ! ! The children had a lot of fun."
