The Gran Resort Princess Arima

Located on a hilltop in Arima Onsen town, the view from the rooms is amazing. The front desk staff are polite, the baths are clean, and the breakfast buffet is delicious.

Thanks to reading other people's reviews, I was able to use the hotel's shuttle service from Arima Onsen Station, and was able to easily get to the hotel! Although I was late to check in, the staff welcomed me and I would like to use the hotel again ✨🤗✨ The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of bread, curry, and side dishes, so I had a great time! The place is too old, the food is mediocre, the hot springs are even older, and there are not enough staff. It is not worth the price. You have to carry your luggage yourself. What a waste of time. Thanks.

The location is on a mountain. If there is no problem with self-driving, it was stated when checking in that the bedding must be laid and put away by yourself. (I didn't think so at first, but when I stayed at the Naruto Kaiyue Bay Resort Hotel the next day, I thought it was all done by myself, but the waiter insisted that they do it by themselves. Do it for me, this is the service). When I slept, I found small insects all over my body, and my neighbor's friend also found it. We stayed and had two meals per room (HKD 18XX per room). We were looking forward to dinner, but it turned out to be just a few slices of beef/pork/ Vegetables, four slices of sashimi and other ordinary cooking. If you don’t buy extra dinner, you can eat several roasted meats with the difference. (The next day at Naruto Kaiyue Bay Resort Hotel, you will also have two meals per room, HKD 17XX per room, except beef/pork, Vegetables, fish heads boiled in soy sauce, instant clay pot rice are very delicious, sashimi boat, etc., and you can even enjoy it in the room *superb*.) The hot spring is as thin as 2 pools, the facilities are too old, the steam is filled with air, and the air is extremely blocked. It was uncomfortable to breathe. Sitting in the pool, sweat kept dripping on my head/face. I was really speechless. It was the most expensive and worst hotel in the 10-day trip.

The location was good, it was cheap, and the hot springs were so good. I went with my grandmother, and they provided a wheelchair, so it was a very good memory. Thank you.

This store is located on a hill, so it is a little hard to walk from the tram stop. But the biggest problem is that the room is obviously non-smoking, but it can smell obvious smoke, which greatly affects the accommodation experience. The facilities are also relatively old. However, accommodation in the Arima area is generally slightly more expensive. It is recommended that visitors come in the morning and leave in the afternoon. It is not recommended to stay in the Arima area.
