"Far from the center of Kobe/Sannomiya so do not expect the area to be busy. Also the hotel has started to show its age but no complaints considering the very attractive price point."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly feel its location is incredibly convenient. There are Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson stores all along the street, so you can pop down anytime to grab supplies. Directly opposite is a 24-hour Don Quijote, which is great for buying things and bringing them back easily. It's also a short walk to Sannomiya subway station and the Sannomiya shopping street. This time, I even discovered that you can reach the shopping street in just a few minutes by taking the small road to the right of the hotel. There are various restaurants right on the street in front of the hotel, and the famous Kobe beef restaurants are just at a nearby intersection. The hotel rooms are a decent size, meeting the basic needs of a tourist. I'll probably stay here again next time. The complimentary coffee and tea after 6 PM, and ice cream before 8 PM, provide a nice relaxed space for guests to chat, which is a very thoughtful arrangement. On a later day, I had an early morning flight, so I needed to switch to a hotel near Kansai Airport. I checked out around 10 AM and left my luggage at the hotel. The hotel staff were very accommodating; I went out to do some last-minute shopping and had lunch, then came back to collect my luggage, which didn't disrupt my plans at all."

"The hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights"

"This hotel in Kobe was an excellent choice! The location is fantastic; you can walk to the subway, bus stops, and more. The hotel itself is very clean. We booked a leisure room, and it even had a massage chair, which was incredibly relaxing to come back to every day. There are also plenty of great restaurants around the hotel. Kobe is truly a wonderful city, definitely worth visiting. From the hotel, we walked to the bus terminal and took a bus to Arima Onsen hot spring village, where we enjoyed a full day of soaking in the springs. We also walked from the hotel to Kitano Ijinkan and indulged in cheesecake and coffee. For our last half-day, we walked to the cable car station for the Nunobiki Herb Gardens."

"The room was quite spacious, and the hotel's location is super convenient. Within 400 meters, there are various restaurants and shops, and a Lawson convenience store is right next door. The hotel also has its own parking lot."

"It’s small and it got everything u needed, since it was public holidays in Japan, the price was higher than normal (same as everywhere else). It’s clean and nice with tinted window (with restricted opening)"

"This hotel is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk from Motomachi Station and right next to a shopping street, so food and shopping are a breeze. They offer a unique Nepalese-style breakfast, which was a nice touch. Plus, it's really close to all the main attractions."
