This is very close to the new Kobe station, and also close to the Beiye Ieno Pavilion and Buyin Waterfall. Very cute house, the landlord is very friendly, and the homemade rice balls for breakfast are particularly interesting.

A fine hostel. No lift, so you'll have to haul your luggage up at least 4 flights of stairs. Towels are available only for rental. I didn't see much of the staff.
