Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, built on a mountain, with a good view from afar. The public lounge area is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the food and beverage services are very professional. There are ********* lady clerks who can serve in Chinese and are very friendly to Chinese tourists.
However, as a hot spring hotel, this one has two fatal flaws.
First, the hotel has only one hot spring bath, and the size of this public bath is very small. If it is placed in other hotels, it may only be enough for a private bath. If you focus on the hot spring experience and want to soak in a large bath, this one may not be the first choice.
Secondly, the hotel is a pure wooden building with poor sound insulation, and the window of the hotel room faces the generator, which will continue to make huge noise at night. Even wearing earplugs can't stop it, which makes it difficult for me to fall asleep all night.
Although I have a good impression of the room and service, I am sorry that the above two defects really affect the experience of hot spring healing. If it can be improved, it will be perfect.

GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, and the room itself was very comfortable. The traditional Japanese-style room (washitsu) was a particularly charming touch. Both dinner and breakfast were exquisitely prepared, and the onsen (hot spring) was wonderfully relaxing. We stayed with my parents and children, and everyone in our group was thoroughly delighted.

VViki JA great hotel, the hotel is very quaint and has a Japanese style. The room is large, the mattress is very comfortable, and the sleep is good.
The staff is also very friendly and kind.
The hotel's breakfast and dinner are also very rich and delicious.
The hot springs are rotated every day, so you can experience them all.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. The station and shopping mall are right next door. Shopping and eating are very convenient. The hotel's hygiene and facilities are appropriate. The parking lot charges are reasonable. This is the hotel I will choose next time.
AAng Swee BengComfortable, Japanese style room with recent renovation. The arch is a bit of space wasting though as it which makes the room even more smaller.
It will be great if this hotel comes with private onsen for those who are uncomfortable with the public ones.
Hot springs are superb , the ”Kinsen” hot spring and adjacent ”Taiko no Yu” hot spring. Highly recommended.
Food are exquisitely made. Visually beautiful and delicious.

Very Good
FFuyunlingfengThe most satisfactory hotel on this trip, the service staff is super enthusiastic and thoughtful. I called the hotel front desk immediately when I arrived at the bus station, and the hotel shuttle bus arrived in about 5 minutes. Don't walk to the hotel by yourself, don't! ! ! The hotel facilities are not bad. The room is not big, but it has everything it should have. The Jintang Hot Spring is really great and washed away the fatigue along the way! I booked a one-night stay and two-night stay. The kaiseki cuisine for dinner was great! The quantity was very large! The quantity was very large! I went back to the room after eating too much, and rested for an hour before going to the hot spring! The next day, I ran directly to the train station, which was very convenient! The hotel provides carbonated cakes and Japanese confectionery. After eating, you can consider whether you really want to buy this as a souvenir.

Very Good
GGuest UserFirst off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the ”Portliner” a few stops.
No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked.
I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far).
Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna > cold tub cycles more than anything.
Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected.
Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great.
Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!
GGuest UserHotel is perfect for family. Kids can experience traditional Japanese living style. Hotel 2nd floor has new opened buffet restaurant with reasonable price 3rd floor has hot spring. Hotel upgrade me to a bigger room and my son like the place we extended our stay for 1 more night. Will book again in the future
AAnonymous UserI needed to stay somewhere near Kobe Airport on short notice, so I made a reservation based solely on the location.
The advantage of this hotel is that the rooms are larger than the typical new business hotels.
The interior and design have a dated feel, but that can't be helped.
YyavuzHotel is located next to the highway. The car park is an internal smartpark system. So no need to park in public park area. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Choice of Japanese or Western breakfast.
The spa bath was great, large bed and good airco system. Big TV and with great surround sound speakers on the ceiling. Design was modern and refreshing. Staff was friendly. They could have told me that breakfast would be delivered, I did not know this.
