Amazing
CCoCo.ChanelI booked this hotel because it was touted as one of Asia's top 100 onsen hotels for 2025. However, apart from the hot springs being decent, every other aspect of the service was a massive letdown. To begin with, both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast the following day were truly subpar. The room was dreadfully small. Furthermore, despite inquiring about kimonos (as there were none in the room) with both the front desk manager and a server, who assured us they would send them up shortly and even took our sizes, not a single kimono materialized by the time we checked out the next day. We paid over 7,000 RMB for a family tatami room for four, including breakfast and dinner. At this price point, anyone staying here is simply getting ripped off. There will absolutely not be a second visit, and I also sensed a certain unfriendliness towards Chinese guests.

Great
__M1580531****This is quite a traditional onsen hotel, featuring both 'Gold' and 'Silver' springs. Our one-night stay for five people, including two meals, cost a total of 5000 RMB, and we were quite happy with the value. Upon arriving at Arima Station by bus, you can call the hotel for a pick-up service. Check-in is at 3 PM, leaving plenty of time to explore the small town afterwards, but be aware that most shops close by 5 PM. The Kaiseki dinner wasn't particularly impressive, but it was definitely filling.

Great
Rramu*raimuThe location, food, and service were all excellent.
The view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge right in front of us was spectacular! We spent a relaxing time watching the ever-changing scenery.
Because it was all-inclusive, we were able to freely use alcohol and snacks in the lounge. Highly recommended!
Dd****The hotel's location is great, very close to Sannomiya but not in the busiest area, so it's very quiet. We stayed for four nights. The first three nights were in a double room. Due to a change in our itinerary, we added an extra night. We thought the twin room might be more spacious, but it turned out to be the same size as the double room. With two single beds crammed in, the room felt very small and wasn't as convenient for moving around as the double room. We could open one 28-inch suitcase, but opening another 28-inch one wasn't as easy as in the double room.
The hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing toothbrushes, towels, and slippers for the child. Besides the kids' items, the room's towels, slippers, toothbrushes, makeup remover pads, and combs were replaced daily, and two new bottles of water were provided. However, extra water couldn't be requested.
The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is very convenient.
AAnonymous UserAccommodation is super convenient- comes with different types of sauna and onsen, and restaurants inside the hotel! The staff will set up futon in our room- affordable option for those who are looking for a ryokan experience. We also love the hotel breakfast! Feels v well nourished after that, esp after soaking in the onsen :) we also love the matcha senbei crackers that the hotel gave us and bought them at the souvenir store too. Highly recommend!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. The station and shopping mall are right next door. Shopping and eating are very convenient. The hotel's hygiene and facilities are appropriate. The parking lot charges are reasonable. This is the hotel I will choose next time.
FFuyunlingfengThe most satisfactory hotel on this trip, the service staff is super enthusiastic and thoughtful. I called the hotel front desk immediately when I arrived at the bus station, and the hotel shuttle bus arrived in about 5 minutes. Don't walk to the hotel by yourself, don't! ! ! The hotel facilities are not bad. The room is not big, but it has everything it should have. The Jintang Hot Spring is really great and washed away the fatigue along the way! I booked a one-night stay and two-night stay. The kaiseki cuisine for dinner was great! The quantity was very large! The quantity was very large! I went back to the room after eating too much, and rested for an hour before going to the hot spring! The next day, I ran directly to the train station, which was very convenient! The hotel provides carbonated cakes and Japanese confectionery. After eating, you can consider whether you really want to buy this as a souvenir.

CChasing summergood location for cruise port. just 5 min monorail transit ride to Kobe Port Terminal. hotel is older and has lawson convenient store nearby. good for short stay. location in city conference area of Kobe and close to Kobe airport.
NNitzanit was a nice stay but the room was quite old. the reason i stayed in this hotel was because the gym but apparently not everyone can use it and i think this is something that should be told prior of booking.
YyavuzHotel is located next to the highway. The car park is an internal smartpark system. So no need to park in public park area. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Choice of Japanese or Western breakfast.
The spa bath was great, large bed and good airco system. Big TV and with great surround sound speakers on the ceiling. Design was modern and refreshing. Staff was friendly. They could have told me that breakfast would be delivered, I did not know this.
