ロケーション、お食事、サービスととても良かったです。 目の前に広がる明石大橋は絶景！移ろいゆく景色を眺めながらのんびり過ごせました。 オールインクルーシブのため、ラウンジではアルコールやスナック類など自由に利用できました。とてもおすすめです！

宿泊とディナーをして、 お食事が美味しいので気に入って何度か行ってました。 初めてランチをいただきました。 お食事は美味しくいただきました。 しかし、ワインをいただきましたが ワイングラスが埃だらけでびっくりして、 替えてもらいました。 ソムリエらしい方がワインを担当してましたが、 替えていただいたグラスにもまだ水滴の跡が… 水滴なのでもうそれ以上言いませんでした。 昼なのでよく見えたのだと思いますが、 レストランのワイングラスでこれは無いなと思いました。 替えていただいた時もきちんとしたお詫びもなく、なにもなかったように、しれっとワインを注いでいました。 こちらが苦笑い もしかしたら今までディナーでいただいてたワイングラスも埃だらけ？と思ったらゾッとします。 お皿やほかの器もたぶんそんな感じで扱ってるのでしょうか？あまり潔癖ではありまへんが、さすがに気持ち悪いです。 帰る時もなんのお詫びもありませんでした。 コロナで消毒やらいろいろ対策されてますが、その前に綺麗な食器でお食事を出して欲しいです。 料理や景色が良いだけに残念です。

I have used other affiliated stores, but Kobe is a disappointing restaurant hotel, except for the location. It was just the appearance, the cleaning was not done well, and the customer service was the lowest level. I was especially surprised by the male manager's arrogant attitude from above and his use of words that made fun of people. I thought that it was a hotel and restaurant that I would never want to use again because the level of customer service was so low that people who didn't have money said they didn't want that kind of customer. I think that everyone should never use it for important memories. When I looked it up, it seems that there was a mass food poisoning in the past, so I thought I should change various things.
