Good location! Walkable distance to the subways and JR! Many eateries and shopping streets around too 👍🏼

Hotel room was actually comfortable enough with the long seat. When you stick the do not disturb sign, they will still hang a new set of towers and new bottled waters for the next day which is a very good practice.

Within walking distance from JR Station. Plenty of food choices and covered shopping areas. Room is good for 2 adults & a child.

A fairly nice hotel with fair, reasonable and affordable price in the area with accessible location, quite easy to be accessed by foreign travellers. The breakfast was good and delicious, offering a range of nice food choices. Will be more than happy to recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Then have washing machines too.

Fairly well located depending on the intention of the trip. The check in staff requested the extra money for the kids breakfast when it was not informed. They blamed trip.com for it. The hotel is very close to the railway. There may be annoying sounds if you are given that room area

Great locations and onsen is clean and well maintaned. Breakfast lack of variety but still tasteful. Room is small and well layout. The tv sustem can see youtube and Netflix is very usefull.

The hotel under the Japanese chain hotel group is located between Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station, with convenient transportation; there are restaurants and entertainment options nearby the hotel; the hotel rooms are medium in size, clean and tidy.

The location is good, close to both Sannomiya and Motomachi stations. It's very convenient for shopping and eating! The room is spacious and convenient, but as soon as I entered the room, it smelled moldy, maybe just because of my room...!! It was the air conditioner! My nose was all messed up. It's a shame because it's such a nice room. I'll either get a professional to clean it or buy a new one!

The check-in experience was very good. Both the service staff in Taiwan and breakfast were extremely dedicated. Except for an Indian intern who seemed to be unfriendly to my Chinese passport. My English had to be repeated two or three times before I could understand it. My foreign friends who were traveling with me were also very puzzled. . The breakfast is rich and there are four time periods to choose from to ensure that everyone will not overcrowd the hot springs ♨️ It was a surprise for me. I did not expect to have outdoor and indoor hot springs on the top floor. The location can be said to be impeccable in the heart of Kobe. I will probably book again next time I come. This is a great value for money hotel.

It's close to both Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station, and is close to the arcade, Center Plaza, and Daimaru, a shopping mall loved by Kobe residents! It's an incredibly convenient location where you can enjoy delicious Chinese food at Shinaien. The breakfast buffet is great, with a wide variety of vegetables as the main dish, and there's a large public bath complete with a sauna! The cold bath is full of motivation and excitement!

Shinsen Hotel is a Japanese chain brand. There is a large bath on the top floor, which is free. It is very convenient. It is very comfortable to take a bath every night. It is also very close to Sannomiya. It can be walked for about 20 minutes. There is a shopping street next to it. I visited it for two days and still couldn't get enough.
