ケーニヒスクローネのお菓子が好きで、ホテルがあると知り、ビジネスで一泊しました。 三宮の駅からは商店街を抜けて、少し歩きますが、いろんなお店が並んでおり、個人的には韓国の食品店が近くにあったのはうれしかったです。あと行きませんでしたがおいしそうなベーカリーもありました。夜遅くのチェックインでしたが、ウェルカムスイーツ（パフェ）をいただけ、とてもありがたかったです。またお部屋に入るとくまぽちくんがベッドやカップなどに使われていて、とてもかわいかったです。 また、翌朝の朝食を楽しみにしていましたが、期待以上によかったです。パンが好きなので種類の多さや、オムレツを作ってくださったり、おいしいビーフシチューがあるなど、 バラエティに富んだものです。また、デザートもあったのもうれしく、とても満足でした。スタッフの方も親切でしたし、特に女性の宿泊者にはおすすめのホテルです。チェックアウトしますと、外のランチブッフェに既に大行列で人気の高さを実感しました。

ずっと泊まってみたかったホテル！ ホテル内のいたるところにくまポチくんのぬいぐるみが置いてあって、とてもテンションが上がった。 スタッフの皆さんもみんな丁寧な対応をしてくれた。 気になったところとしては、 ・建物全体的にちょっと年季が入ってる気がした。 ・モーニングにご飯系のものがあまりない。 （パンとスイーツがメインだろうから仕方ないだろうけど） 特に和食系のものが全然なくって、ちょっとビックリした。 スイーツは、コーヒーゼリーにはあんこが入っているなど面白い組み合わせのものがあったが、全体的に大味だった… 超甘党の人にはオススメ！ オムレツはとってもおいしかった。中に白玉が入っているのが面白かった。

ウェルカムドリンクが豪華で毎回感動、部屋もメルヘンな大人空間で癒されます。朝食はバイキングスタイルで豊富な種類のパンとサラダ、和食もあり選択肢も多くまた、従業員さんが作ってくれるプレーンオムレツも楽しみ。勿論デザートもたくさんあり毎回全制覇は無理なので計画的に食べる事をお勧めします。

神戸到着したのが午前中でチェックインまで時間がありましたが、快く荷物を預かってもらえてたすかりました。フロントの方の対応も良かったです。 部屋はスーペリアツイン。 スイーツやポチの絵が何枚も飾られていました。 ベッドのサイズもダブルとセミダブルなのか、ゆったりしていて寝心地もよかったです。 到着時のスイーツのおもてなし 。ソフトクリームもついていて、お腹いっぱいになるので、なるべく早めにチェックインして、夕食に差し支えない時間に食される方が良いです。

お友達といっしょだと楽しいのかな。ホテルの外観もアミューズメントパークのアトラクションみたいだし、ホテル内もクマだらけで可愛らしい。チェック・イン時間遅かったからウエルカムスイーツやドリンクはいただけなかったが、お土産(クマグッズ)が貰えたりして、女子旅だったらテンションあがるんだろうな。 朝のビュッフェも宿泊者が座れないほどの、人気で朝からスイーツ食ったる！オーラの人々がたくさん。商売繁盛なによりですが、朝食会場の席の案内くらいはして欲しかったナ。 もひとつ残念なのはお部屋の備品(クマグッズ)が古ぼけてて、なんだか薄汚れている感じ。クマグッズを売りにしてるなら、新しいのに取り替えた方が良いのでは？ 話のタネにお泊りしましたが、ワタシ向きの宿ではなかった。

久しぶりに神戸へ所用で行くことになり、以前から泊まってみようと思っていた、こちらへ。 お部屋もバスルームも、こじんまりとしていて、狭いですが、とても可愛いです。 朝食も、メニューが豊富でした。 ウェルカムデザートも嬉しいのですが、２泊して、同じメニューを連続でいただくのは、厳しく、連泊の場合は、違うメニューが選べると嬉しいと思いました。 立地は、大丸まですぐですし、近くにお食事のできるところは、たくさんありますし、便利ですが、三宮駅までは、少し歩きます。 次女と泊まりましたが、とても気に入っていましたし、知人に紹介したところ、気に入ってくれたようでしたし、女性におすすめのホテルです。
