Customer service was great, there is staff that can speak excellent chinese and some of the younger ladies can do english as well The onsen was fun, both authenticated gold and silver onsens in the town are available in the men/women's bath Room is cozy and spacious, size for up to a family of 5 Central location between two convenience stores at night This ryokan serves authentic kobe beef, and it was part of the ryokan package, enjoyable washoku dinner and breakfast although it may not be to everyone's preference

Overall is good

The room is large and the hotel is very clean. You can see the hotel as soon as you get off the Kobe Sannomiya bus. It is very convenient, especially suitable for tourists with luggage and those of us who cannot speak Japanese. There is a Chinese-speaking waiter at the front desk, and the room attendant is a Chinese girl, so there is no language barrier. I booked one hotel and two meals. The food was very rich and the beef was delicious🤤. I will go here again next time I go to the hot springs.

For a family trip, I booked a tatami room for two nights. The room was large and the facilities looked like the hotel was many years old, but it was clean and tidy. They speak Chinese and the staff are serious, warm and friendly. There are gold and silver soups. The silver soup is outdoors and you can soak in it once a day. It is very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. I thanked the Chinese girl (surnamed Wang) who served the breakfast and dinner by name. The service was warm and thoughtful. It was a very happy meeting.
