太滿意了，金湯銀湯都有，雖然設施比較舊，但挺乾淨，人也很少，去了兩次沒人堪比私湯待遇，服務員很細緻的做了各種説明，耐心解釋各種問題，房間內暖風真的足甚至會熱，定了和食早餐，阿姨擺好桌還介紹怎麼吃還讓趁熱吃。房間真不小，和式很有趣，房內還可以抽煙，前台可存行李，在有馬温泉停1晚就夠了，愛泡的2晚足以，這裏性價比非常高。

酒店地處温泉街裏，去阪神電車高速巴士大約10分鐘，酒店歷史蠻久，但衞生情況可以，該有的都有，温泉有金湯、露天風呂，很舒適！沒訂餐食，外面小吃餐廳也有，前台接待都是日文人員但是通過翻譯機都能理解店內規定事項。特別感謝店裡的一位男員工，幫忙把行李箱掉下的輪子按裝好了，方便了不少！還有鋪床接待的老婆婆和藹可親，非常nice！就是有馬温泉的酒店價格小貴，但是在秋葉滿季的季節難得來有名的地方還是值得的👍

服務員態度非常好，細心介紹地方及飲食，以及溫泉設施。
但一泊兩食的食物質素可再作改善，其中sukiyaki的牛肉只有三片，肉質也不夠好

有馬温泉小鎮上比較老的日式温泉酒店，較大，温泉不錯，設施老舊了，阿婆們的服務不錯，傳統日式飲食還好，但英語不靈
