Nice stay . Definitely will come back again .

Both the front desk and the rooms were stylish. I guess this is what the vintage hotel name means. The hotel was generally clean, but I was bothered by the dirty edge of the toilet in the room. I was able to relax and soothe my tired body in the large communal bath. There was a Family Mart next door on the first floor, which was convenient. It would have been better if there was a shuttle bus. I had to walk a bit from the station. I think the size of the room was commensurate with the price.

The floor of the hotel room is not slippery at all. If you put on the hotel's disposable slippers, it will be difficult not to slip. When I came out of the bathroom on the night of the 22nd, I slipped and fell, causing a bruise on my second toe. On the 23rd, he was forced to stay in bed in the hotel. I went back to China for a checkup today and found that the injured toe was fractured.

My daughter and I stayed here for an exam. The day before and the day before, I had a unit bath, so I was able to relax comfortably in the large public bath. There was a coin-operated laundry room that I used, but I was disappointed that the clothes didn't dry well and were a little dry.

The lobby was friendly, but when I used the public bath, the staff had a bad attitude. I booked this room thinking I could see the night view of Kobe, but I was disappointed that I could only see the driving school from the room.

The 1.8-meter double bed room I chose was pretty good for Japan. The bed is so soft! ! ! After staying for six consecutive nights, only towels were changed every day and the garbage was collected. Although I think it is more environmentally friendly not to change the bedding, but it is better to have a reminder. And if we don’t change the bedding, we should at least make the bed, even though we already know how to lay down the quilt. Two people stayed with two room cards. One day they forgot to bring a replacement card and couldn't find it when they checked out. They were charged 3,000 yen. It's too expensive to charge so much for a room card that has been used repeatedly! I asked for the receipt and was prepared to talk about it when I find it when I get back. It’s a small business hotel, but apart from the above-mentioned problems, it’s pretty good. There’s a 24-hour hot spring bath on the 2nd floor, and the restaurant on the 9th floor has a nice view and taste. It’s also nice to enjoy the wind and watch the night view of Kobe on the rooftop deck chair every night.

The floor of the hotel room is extremely slippery, and there is a very high gap between the bathroom floor and the room floor. With the hotel's disposable slippers, it is difficult not to fall, and the room facilities are not suitable for people with limited mobility. On the last day, a friend who was traveling with me slipped at the door of the bathroom in the room and broke his toe. When he returned home, he went to see a doctor and found out that he had fractured his toe.

Poor service attitude! If you check out early, you will not get a refund!

There are various amenities in the bath. I enjoyed it. Aloe scrub is my personal favorite. Breakfast is also buffet style. It was delicious.

The location is a little far from the city center of Kobe, but the price is reasonable accordingly. The night view of Kobe from the rooftop terrace was very beautiful.

Super comfortable beds. Very quiet and a bit far from the train station. Very friendly staff. The rooftop is wonderful. The harbor view is not quite like the picture. The bathroom has a steep step that may be a concern for those with vision or mobility issues.

The surrounding area can be a little noisy due to trucks driving to and from nearby businesses, but that didn't have a negative affect on my stay. Staff were very nice and the hotel room was beautiful.

staff is fantastic, very helpful and friendly... really incredible, rooms are pretty, clean, nice
