房間夠大，尤其是放行李的衣帽間，另外衞生間也適中使用起來很舒適。地點離三宮站非常近，出行及吃神户牛肉非常方便。
缺點是窗户隔音稍差，户外的摩託車聲及喝酒人士的吵雜聲都會傳入，還好12點後就安靜下來了。另外早餐比較普通，選擇不多，但是培根及香腸特別好吃。

The location is very good, shopping and attractions are within walking distance. There are many supermarkets and food nearby. The room is just right for one person. The bed is big. The bathroom is mainly separated into wet and dry areas.
The only downside is that the room is on the 4th floor. You can hear motorcycles or people talking loudly on the roadside when you sleep at night. If you sleep deeply, you can ignore it.
