I had plans in Osaka, so I stayed here for one night☺︎
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Kobe Airport on the Port Island Line, so it was very easy to access from the airport. Also, it says that the nearest station is Minamikoen Station, but even if you get off at Shiminhiroba Station, which is the station you can get to from Kobe Airport without changing trains, it's just a short walk down the stairs!
When I entered the hotel, the front desk was very clean, spacious, and luxurious! There was a restaurant in the hotel, and the Family Mart in the hotel was open until around 1am.
It's best to do your shopping for necessities before then, so if you're planning to visit late at night, you should be careful about that. The next station is a short walk away, but there are restaurants, 100-yen shops, supermarkets, and other facilities, so I thought it would be a good idea to use them as well!
As for the hotel's shuttle bus, there are buses to Shin-Kobe Station and Sannomiya Station, and a bus to pick you up from the station to the hotel, which depart every 20 minutes, so it was very convenient!
As for the room, I had booked a single room, but there was a room available, so I was shown to a twin room. The room I stayed in was spacious, and the bathroom and other areas were clean and there was no noticeable dirt ☺︎
