花了雙倍的錢入住，我們一大一小，到了後才知道小孩的費用會少一些，但是國內訂的時候直接收取兩個大人的費用，兩晚花了7400多，且他們會告知你收多了但不退。另外到了日本後當地查詢房價，會便宜很多。還有我選的兩天早晚餐，但是平台無法選擇是餐廳吃還是送房間吃，他們直接默認是餐廳吃，所以我們想體驗房間裏吃是沒有的，然後我堅決要換，我説不換我明天就退房去別的酒店，她們申請了兩次才同意。但是一個特別糟心的事來了，早上清早就沖進房間把榻榻米收了立刻上早餐。速度很快。根本沒反應過來，這一點我特別冒火！簡直沒睡醒被嚇醒的！還有，我們當時剛到鎮上的時候打電話給酒店需要接，因為其實很遠又是陡坡。兩個電話打了幾十次要就不接要就不通，最後聯繫攜程客服幫我們聯繫到酒店喊車來接的，當時又在下雨，我們在寒風中站了一個小時，車才接到我們。所以第一印象就不是很好了。不過温泉不錯，私湯和公共的都體驗了，挺舒服。反正這個酒店我是不會再去第二次了！不值這個價

The main focus of hot springs is to lie down and relax, and the facilities and services are so important. With a feeling of trepidation, we arrived at Zhaoyue. The final experience is that I will bring my parents here next time! From entering the hotel to leaving the hotel, checking in, bathing in hot springs, cooking (fried wagyu beef is so delicious😋), accommodation, transfers, souvenirs, and check-out, everything was impeccable. Please feel free to book this one.
Another note: Although the tram stop is not far from the hotel, it is on the mountain, so it is very specific to walk up with your suitcase. Be sure to communicate with the hotel in advance and ask to be picked up at the tram station.
