房間還大，室內温泉，水果，飲料啤酒啥都有。

房間雖然老舊，但是真的蠻乾淨的，服務也比較細緻，私湯也不錯，四個露天温泉每個都是銀湯金湯各一個，金湯的温度比銀湯略高些，感覺還不錯👍個人覺得有兩點需要稍作調整的：一是毛巾，會掉毛巾屑，塗抹身體乳就會很討厭，和酒店的水平不匹配；二是就是預約早餐晚餐，商家解釋有表明需要提前三天預約，但是如果遇到大雨或是大雪，比較冷的時候不想出去找飯，是不是就得餓着呢？另外，提供免費冰淇淋這點，也不是冰淇淋🍦，就是巧克力塊凍的，跟我理解有出入。不過總體來説，還是推薦的

體驗很棒，溫泉也很棒，餐點更是讓我兩歲的女兒一口接一口吃光光！
美中不足的是我們到達有馬口前有寄email詢問是否可以接駁，但是貴飯店說沒有收到信件，我跟懷孕的太太推著嬰兒車走斜坡+淋雨……實在走不到後來原路遣返回去叫計程車
有要去住宿的旅客可以在車站拜託站務人員幫忙打電話給飯店

店員都特別温柔，有會説中文的店員，店員主動詢問我們離開酒店後的交通方式，並且幫我們聯繫店內的司機師傅送到車站。
