不錯的溫泉酒店

我住總統套房，空間大。整體上設施不錯, 尤其是房內有温泉，連洒浴和梳洗間, 像温泉專用房，十分方便。落地窗外有室外小前園, 人造小瀑布。間隔有點怪, 如果有牀頭櫃更佳。我住那間房咖啡機運作不良，結果沒有用。明明跟家用的一樣，可能壞了。說明又是日文。服務很好, 入住有果盆, 雪櫃飲品免費任飲。充裕毛布, 喜歡幾時浸都得。可惜沒有熨斗。服務員英文一般, 但殷勤。很大的dine-in kitchen，有爐抽油煙機, 卻沒有煮食鍋，不過我們有車, 去了神戶吃晚餐，沒有試酒店內的餐，無法評價。大堂有飲料及甜品，任享用，是不錯的。

Because we booked a car to pick us up at 13:00, we went to the front desk to check in luggage, but the hotel told us that we could not store luggage. We discussed it calmly for a long time, but it didn’t work. It felt like we were going to be kicked out. We also brought two children, and the ** at the front desk actually said: You can go to the town center to store luggage... Is that human language? We are hotel guests with two children, and then they told us to go to the town center to store. What kind of service is this? Is there any hotel in the world that does not allow luggage storage? The problem was a tall and thin waiter who spoke fluent Chinese. I asked him if he was Chinese. He said he was not Chinese. I said if you are not Chinese, what kind of Chinese do you speak? Did you learn Chinese just to make things difficult for Chinese people? It was really ****. Finally, we called their lobby manager (a Japanese woman), who apologized to us after arguing and let us store our luggage. 4. Send a photo of that ** waiter, *******. Finally, I advise everyone not to stay in this hotel. The waiters are really bad. Don't step into the trap.

孩子很喜歡，前台有中文，出去周邊都有車接送，很貼心

The room is big, the breakfast is very good, and the door number is specially made. The hotel shuttle bus is also very convenient, and the recommended dinner is also great, super delicious Okonomiyaki. It's so happy to travel with my girlfriend 🥳.

非常非常非常好！我很少寫評論，但是這家真的要誇，環境很好，吃的很好，服務也特別好！最重要的是温泉私湯也非常好！推薦5星

房間夠大，乾淨整潔，私湯也很棒，酒店有車接送吃飯去車站，中文服務，貼心，準備過一陣帶家人再來

温泉池的環境很好。
