還是很不錯的老牌經典酒店，各方面服務都滿意。衹是室內光線到了夜晚比較昏暗，打開全部室內燈也有點暗淡。白天景觀很贊。雖然設施老舊，地理位置優越。前台服務的小哥還會説點中文。很不錯了。行政樓層mini吧送的零食和各種酒類飲料非常贊。

酒店位置很棒，而且裝修風格很復古，挺有感覺的，服務很好，樓下離大牌店，大丸百貨，始祖鳥都很近很方便。住着很舒服。

Это очень хороший отель с вниманием к деталям и историей! Такой очень лондонский формат пятерки с приличной публикой. В целом понравился больше того же La Suite Harbour и стоит своих денег до последнего цента.
Персонал на регистрации к сожалению не очень - не успевают и акцентируют внимание на точном времени выезда, при этом забывая про приятные плюшки типа велкам дринкс (так и не угостили, заразы)))

酒店安排緊靠電梯的房間，差不多每分鐘都能聽到電梯運作的噪音，嚴重影響休息和睡眠！向酒店投訴説衹能換到隔壁的房間，擔心離電梯還是很近還是噪音大沒有換。而且酒店5樓有音樂廳舞廳之類的地方，半夜還能聽見咚咚的聲音！衞生間和淋浴間的排風扇無法關閉，整個晚上都能聽到嗡嗡的聲音。消費衹能現金或者信用卡付款，不能用微信和付款寶。老牌酒店令人失望！圖1是酒店的海景，圖2是其他酒店的海景，圖3是酒店的客房非常暗，床很矮，洗漱台和房間是聯通的。

周辺が旧居留地であり、建物の雰囲気がきれいで散歩をしていても楽しい。部屋は居心地が良く、風呂もきれい。レストラン、バー共に雰囲気は最高。スタッフは人によってサービスにばらつきあり。
