시설 많이 낡았음
제공된 방이 저렴한 방이라서 인지 미묘한 냄새도 나고
에어콘 실외기 소리도 자는 내내 괴롭힘
목욕탕은 시간대 별로 예약해서 가족, 개인이 혼자 쓸 수 있으나 많이 낡았고 환기가 잘 안된 관계로 은근 찝찝함 (곰팡이 냄새 비슷한게 느껴짐)
그치만 조식은 모든 것을 다 잊게 만듬

地理位置在山坡上，離得最近的地鐵口沒有直升電梯，有行李或者帶寶寶的謹慎選擇。不太喜歡的地方是入住的時候還額外收了2500日元，不知道什麼意思。温泉特別特別小，所有人輪流去，而且水也不是流動的。早飯每天下午五點半就截止預訂了。

お料理が素敵でした！特に神戸牛が美味しかったです！また温泉もあったりと神戸市内で色々と満喫できました！ 朝食も旅館の朝食！って感じで満足です！ またラウンジもあったりと神戸観光と一緒に楽しめる宿だと思います！

一言で言えば「もう二度利用しない」。 1.フロントの若い男性ですが、部屋へ案内する際に「お荷物お持ちします」の一言もなく、階段ですれ違っても挨拶なし。指導はどうなっているんでしょうか？ 2.夕飯はデザートまで出るまで2時間半かかりました。呑んでいてもこんなにかかるホテルは初めてです。おまけに頼んだお酒は在庫なし(ワイン、ウイスキー)。おまけに高い。仲居さんに頼んでもその通りにやってくれない。まだ料理がのっているのに「下げてよろしいですか？」…持ってくるのが遅いからゆっくり食べているのに、どういうつもりなんですかね？ 3.貸切湯の脱衣室の時計は時間があってない。浴場前のウォーターサーバーは空っぽ。 4.浴衣と帯の数があっていない。 5.部屋にあるケトルあたりは埃。黒テーブルだから目立つ。 今どきのビジネスホテルのがしっかりしてます。 長年やってるようですが、1番大切にしているのはなんですか？ プライドならばそれは傲りだと思います。
