It's totally OK to live alone. Although the room is not big, it has complete facilities. Matsuya is downstairs, and it's so happy to be able to eat at any time. It's a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. The only downside is that there are only two washing machines, and you need to queue up, which is not very convenient.

I made a reservation for after 9pm on the day, but it was ready right away so I was able to stay.
It was also nice that check-in was available until late at night.
