その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

Pros: service, amenities, Western and Japanese style rooms, food, location Cons: there is no elevator in this old Japanese building, so prepare to walk up stairs; the wifi reception in our room was not reliable We had an absolutely amazingly relaxing stay during our 3-day-2-night trip, enjoying the peace Tocen Goshobo had to offer, as well as their exceptional customer service. I searched high and low to finally find this ryokan with very specific amenities. Since my elderly parents had issues with getting up from the floor had we stayed in a traditional ryokan only, while I wanted to enjoy the full traditional ryokan experience, the Deluxe Suite with Private Hot Spring and Sauna was the perfect compromise for both our wants and needs. The Deluxe Suite has both two full sized western beds that were perfect for my parents, and the tatami sitting room that could be closed off for me to sleep in with my super comfy futon bedding. By no means is the room and experience itself a compromise, as my father kept calling it the ‘Presidential suite’ since it was on the top floor, and we had abundant space with our own onsen attached to the room! The room can fit 6 total guests, and has a secret playroom, a seating nook/area with perfect natural light, a dining room with regular table and chairs (in other ryokans, my tall Caucasian husband commented on how much he missed having actual chairs with space for your legs to stretch when seated), an office, a powder room, two bidet toilets rooms, a space to prepare tea with its own sink in the tatami room, and let’s not forget the massage chair. The room was clean, tastefully appointed, had everything we needed and plenty of space to either gather, or spend some ‘me time’. We opted for breakfast and dinner at the inn, which we looked forward to each day. The breakfast was pleasant and filling, while the kaiseki dinners were amazing. Kobe beef was featured as well as plenty of seafood both nights. We had a great time with our host, Yoshinori Tatebe-san, who tolerated my many questions of ‘what is this?’ or ‘how do we eat this?!’; his professionalism absolutely made our meals a tremendous delight! The location of the ryokan/onsen is ideal, walking distance to everything and right next to a bus stop. It’s in the heart of the Arima area, which has many temples, restaurants, and shops to explore. One cannot deny the outstanding customer service Tocen Goshobo’s team offers. Shout out to Hatsumi and Matsu at the front desk, making sure we were well taken care of, offering absolutely above and beyond service! When Hatsumi was helping me get settled on my first day arrival, I had asked her about the beautiful tokonoma (alcove) that was in the wa****su (tatami room). Unfortunately, I had asked so many questions she couldn’t quite answer me fully! It’s my second time to visit this hot spring resort. I had good time again.It’s great service as my first time experience. I had the 精進料理 for dinner. The waitress told me the name of the vegetable ,how did the chief cook it and what’s the benefit of my healthy.I really enjoy my birthday vegan dinner. There are two rooms and one yard next to my private bath room. I can see the bird in the yard and enjoy my bath in the room. Great staff , Nice room and definitely will come back again.這次是第二次造訪，因為第一次體驗很好所以選擇生日時候來這裡度假放鬆。餐點是精進料理，女服務生對於蔬菜的解說很詳細，我感受到日本人的文化及專業的服務。很享受的生日晚宴。房間裡包含有日式房跟洋式房及一間私人庭院泡澡浴缸及庭院。早晨拉開紙門可以看到庭院的鳥兒叫，陽光透過樹葉灑落在榻榻米上，喝杯茶走到庭院感受有馬山林的空氣，有淡淡的竹子味道，還可以在自己的浴缸看到綠意的庭院，享受早晨的寧靜。當然早餐也是很棒的享受，健康飲食讓身體沒有負擔，整個人可以沈澱的心靈跟身體的resort.感覺很好還會再來。

The baby received it. The seller delivered the goods very quickly and the quality was very good. It was exactly the same as the store description, basically in line with expectations. The express service quality is very good, the packaging design is exquisite, careful, strict, and the transportation speed is fast. I am very satisfied with a shopping, and I hope that the Xiaomi platform will remain in good condition, and there will be more cost-effective black technology items! Ama Hot Springs area should be considered a more cost-effective hot spring hotel, probably because of the remote location...but the hotel can arrange a car to pick up and drop off, it is very convenient...the hotel dinner experience is very good, delicious and very good foot. There is only a golden soup in the hot springs. It is a pity that there is no silver soup. Because there is not much time, it is rare to have a hot spring and have not experienced the silver soup... The room scenery is really good, and the bed is facing a mountain forest, which is really a casual atmosphere. And this hotel specializes in a small space for children to play, as well as comic books to see... the overall experience is good!

An awesome hotel with excellent facility and services. Spacious, grand, quiet and clean. However, the cost of swimming pool is at high side.

Chose this hotel as I was attached by the line” renovated in 2023” in trip.com. It did not live up to my expectation as the room was rather old esp carpet, not feeling it’s clean. The twin beds were small while the picture didn’t show that they were that small. Well, the description was like 0.9-1.4m wide so I can’t blame anyone given it’s a wide range in the bed size. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. The view was great. All in all, it’s not a bad experience if you can manage yourself with the misnomer description of “renovation”.

The hotel is very close to the train station and delightful European quarter and 1 stop from the restaurants, bars and shops. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a wide range of Western and Japanese choices. I particularly enjoyed the soft scoop on tap with expresso machine. The room is very clean.

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

Great location for ease of solo travelling. The hotel has an aesthetic look with a cozy warm environment in the hotel lobby. Situated near Sannomiya station in Kobe.
