the location is convenient near the station & convenience stores..i like the room because they have extra space for the baggage..breakfast buffet was good。
we visited spring season, aircon/heater is centralize 、guest cannot adjust the temperature inside the room

The location is excellent, just across the crosswalk from the station plaza at the south exit of Kochi Station. Dinner options are scattered around Kochi Station, near Harimaya Bridge, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
The breakfast venue overlooks the station plaza. Breakfast time was also convenient, as we used the circular bus to Katsurahama Beach and made it in time for the first bus.
The bus to the airport also leaves from the north exit of the station, making it close and convenient.

When I made the reservation, there was no option for smoking or non-smoking, so I thought I would stay in a non-smoking room, but it turned out to be a smoking room and I couldn't change it. The smell of nicotine and tar was awful for two days. Also, the room air conditioner was not working properly, so I never want to stay in that room again. However, the breakfast was reasonable and good.

I chose it because of the location. The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was firm enough for me. Is the bathroom a normal size? When I checked out, my main goal was to get to the airport early in the morning, but I was surprised by the wide selection of breakfast options. The inside of the hotel was very clean and the coin laundry was easy to use. I will stay here next time I come to Kochi.
