丁寧に対応いただき、広い部屋に変更いただきました。立地もすごく良く高知城をライトアップできるのは凄く貴重な体験でした！自転車も快く無料でレンタルできて周辺も散策できすごく便利で助かりました！良い家族旅行になりました。また来たいと思います。できれば温泉のサウナのロウリュについて30分に1回ということでしたが、何時に始まるのかわかればより快適になると感じました。露天風呂も雰囲気良くてよかったです！！！

娘と行きました。今回はフレンチにしました。適量。高知県産食材いかしておいしかった。次は、和食たべたいです。お風呂はゆっくりできました。サウナもゆっくり利用できます。雨の中のジャグジーも楽しかったです。あいにくの雨で高知城ライトアップいけなかったけどホテルでゆっくりできました。雨に濡れた中庭もよかったです。 今回は仕事の都合で夫は宿泊できませんでしたが、私たちだけが楽しんだことに引け目を感じたので、今度はぜひ家族できたいです。

両親を連れて行ってあげたかった高知の老舗旅館！念願叶いました。 ハード面ではお世辞にも良いとは言えませんが接客には満足。特に駐車場の方の出迎え対応最高でした。部屋や浴室でのアメニティは充実、朝食バイキングは高知の特産物の取り揃えが少なかった様におもいました。個人的には鰹のたたき食べたかったです。 少し問題はありましたが直ぐ対応してくださりまたリピートしたい旅館です。 お世話になりました。 高知の老舗旅館としてあり続けていただきたいです。
