Excellent parking service. But the lady that guides us to the room is too rushed and just want to finish as soon as she can. Hope such service can be improved in future.

スタッフの対応がすばらしかったです。 部屋がとても広くて清潔感がありました。お布団を敷いてもらってもまだ隣でテーブルと座布団でくつろげました。 お食事は、鰹の藁焼きを見せてもらえたり、すき焼きに芋けんぴをいれて楽しめたりと、見た目も味も豪華で美味しかったです！

部屋が広く綺麗で素敵でした。客室にタブレットがあり、大浴場の混雑具合を確認出来たのが良かったです。露天風呂も展望が良く、ジャグジーも勢いがあり良かったです。強いて言えばシャワーの水圧がもっと強いと良かったです。

丁寧に対応いただき、広い部屋に変更いただきました。立地もすごく良く高知城をライトアップできるのは凄く貴重な体験でした！自転車も快く無料でレンタルできて周辺も散策できすごく便利で助かりました！良い家族旅行になりました。また来たいと思います。できれば温泉のサウナのロウリュについて30分に1回ということでしたが、何時に始まるのかわかればより快適になると感じました。露天風呂も雰囲気良くてよかったです！！！
