big resort and a very peaceful location. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. booked a king size Lakeview room which had a beautiful view and even got a pool bar and even inside bar as well.. room service and food were soo good as well. Easy check in and checkout as well.

The staff are friendly. The suite rooms are perfect. I don't think the hotel restaurant is bad, so I'm satisfied. Convenient for long stays.

Lovely people run this place. They booked a ticket for Kathakali making sure for me to be on the front row, Maria’s cooking class and gave good recommendations for food and shopping. They were very attentive and always had time for me. I am so grateful that the lady of the hotel even helped me dress a sari that I got in Kochi. The room was spacious with air con and fan. Each floor has a communal eating and lounge space. Easy access to the main area of Fort Kochi. Most of popular cafes are within 10 minutes walk. They don’t serve breakfast, but there is a good cheap veg restaurant within 2 minutes walk (Their deep fry paneer was fab. Good Indian breakfast as well as coffee and tea). Roof-top swimming pool was great to have for cooling down in the evening ( no place cones with a swimming pool in this area for the price). Highly recommend.

The hotel left a very mixed impression. On the one hand, it is absolutely charming - the design of the hotel, the rooms, the courtyard - all this touches and immerses you in an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. On the other hand, there are a lot of disadvantages that can outweigh the advantages. For example, the rooms are very cold even when the air conditioner is off. And in general, air conditioners are constantly working everywhere, so I did not get out of a warm sweater with a hood. Didn't like the food. I understand that this is India, but usually large hotels also have a European menu. Here, too, there were options, but either peppered and spicy anyway, or a la fast food (pizza and burgers). In general, if you are a gastritis, an ulcer, or for some other reason are limited in nutrition, then you will have a very difficult time. The staff is very arrogant (not all of course, but the general mass), there is always a feeling that you owe them something.
