Lock was not working properly. Wash room and room ac was ok. Swimming pool upto 7pm only. Staff is ok

Overall it was nice stay. The room was neat and clean. Just a couple of minutes walk from metro and north railway station. The food was good.

front desk and room service there was no one to help with the baggage on arrival. Me and my wife ourself carried the bags to the reception area. Even after check in, no effort seemed from the front desk to help carry luggage to the room. Room cleaning service. The room allocated was full of cigarette smell. The little kids got annoyed. The swimming pool is clean and neat. No gym area as mentioned in the amenities. Breakfast is good and with few live items and juices. Impressed. The room is spacious. Parking is a bit difficult to park if it is a long vehicle. The location is good. Have a metro station at walking distance.

First of all, During checkin experienced 30 mins delay and the hospitality was just ok. No one provided wifi password until checkout. No smile and greetings from the staffs and securities. Room AC is not centralised but provided with 1 ton AC. Cooling is not upto the mark with some bad smell initially. Swimming pool is very small and only 4 feet depth. Also inside room, I dont know how to turn on the TV and set top box. The room is silent. So we slept nice. But Dont get any extra water-bottle. They will charge you guys. Moreover the hotel is near to the railway station. So mostly transit passengers may stayed over here. But the timing of breakfast is after 7.30 am…! Then how the early morning passengers can break their fast…? No one think about it??? The last one is after checkout they holds me for 2 min to get the clearance from housekeeping team…! What a shame culture is that.. First time experiencing this in my whole life. Totally disappointed….!

Excellent property at a very reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. Rooms were clean and service was good. Recommended 100%
