"See we love the vibes and ambience but it was just me and my daughter and even though we saw that most rooms were booked we didnt see any guests and also there werent any female staff so we were doubtful if it was really safe and we used uber for transport and the drivers said that its not safe to go out here after evening as there arent much people and the people on that street might not be safe and the streets are small. There is NO CANCELLATION and we werent able to cancel because at first glance we seemed a bit uncomfy but the rooms are nice even though the top of the cieling is a bit cracked and the wall below the ac is also a bit yellowed but overall its okay for a few nights stay. We didn't see any security gaurd though but we paid ₹3500+ and for that i say its a bit too much. The pool is very very dirty it had alot of dirt and other stuff(i wouldnt mention) but the sit out in the waterfront was a beautiful place. I think the time we booked this was the time there was renovation work so thats y it showed only 3 rooms were available. There isnt an iron box but there is a safe and we 10/10 loved the vintage vibes and items there was a moped some old projectors and typewriters so for the ambience i would give an 8.5/10. And the workers were all male and we felt like they were a bit inexperienced but i guess overall its a 3.5/5 and since i didnt see many ppl there werent any noise except for when ppl bring loud bikes and all on the streets so noise level was okay and the doors are old we locked the door from the inside to feel extra safe and we almost got locked it took a lot of force to get it open oh and the bathrooms were very clean only the toilet seat was a bit wobbly and the beds are very cushiony and soft and the site said this was in fort kochi but it is actually in mattancheri and im not sure but i think its a 3-5km distance from fort koch and if u get down at thr ernakulam station the fastest way to get here is through a water metro and then a ride share app like uber. Hope this helped for future guests."

Beautifully decorated home with all the amenities that you could think of. 6 bedrooms and very well done. Food was amazing and customised to whatever we needed as a family. 10/10 on that. One minor feedback would be around some inconsistent housekeeping and if that is fixed, this would be probably one of the best home stays in Kochi."

"The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable overall. The buffet had a good spread for breakfast and dinner compared to lunch, and the food was really tasty. Our kid also enjoyed the food very much. It would have been even better if ice cream had been included in the menu. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The pool was a highlight, and our kid had a great time there. Overall, it was a really nice experience for ₹7,500 including breakfast, lunch, and dinner."
