The plunge pool villa was beautiful, private, and extremely relaxing, while the heritage suite offered a breathtaking 180-degree view of Kochi, the harbour, and the port — we could even spot dolphins from the balcony, which made the experience truly special. We were helped by Shubhangee who made sure we had no issues throughout. Elizabeth the guest relationship manager was exceptional in helping us throughout to make this memorable. The hospitality throughout our stay was impeccable. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional dance performance that immediately gave us a sense of the local culture and charm. The lunch featuring authentic local cuisine was exceptionally refined and full of flavour. The sunset cruise ***** with the island tour was another highlight of the trip and added beautifully to the overall experience. From the stay and activities to the food and service quality, everything was thoughtfully curated and memorable. "Excellent value for money. Very charming courtyard and restaurant by the water. Superb breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable. Only issue was the shower which sprouted only scalding hot or cold water. Had to ask for a bucket to mix water to the right temperature. Massage was above average. New years eve dinner was reasonably priced and the highlight was the extremely talented singer Jeremiah Rodriguez who kept us entertained for hours. Special thanks to Nisha at the front office who provided us with all the help we needed starting from our communication from a few months before our trip"
