Very nice place to stay. Helpful staff and the pool was nice! Peaceful place to stay. Good value for money.

The location is the center of Fort Coach and has many tourist attractions within walking distance. The facility is a bit small, but the staff service is very good. It can be said that it is worth paying the price by considering it comprehensively. Breakfast was very delicious after ordering Dosa and Udapam. You can taste the atmosphere of the coach rather than staying in a larger hotel in the city.

A fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

We stayed here for just one night (16th Sept' 2022 check in and 17th check out in their deluxe room as transit passengers to catch flight to Hyderabad. Though the entrance is not so good and neighborhood did not either give a very comfy feelings, rooms were very spacious and furniture were very well maintained. Except for the dampy smell in the bedroom, stay was good experience. Property was managed by Mr. Vergheese, who really taken very good care of us.

What we greatly appreciated was that while the furnishings were traditional, the amenities were modern and contemporary. Owned by the biggest name in the antiques trade, mr. Majnu, who became a dear friend by the end of our stay, each spacious room is individually designed with artefacts reflecting its character. Alan at front desk and all members of staff were courteous and attentive, ever-ready to help. The location, on the waterfront, is in the heart of the old jew town of mattancherry, with the parades i synagogue and dutch palace a stone’s throw away. Its waterside restaurant is popular with in-house guests and walk-ins alike. Highly recommend this hotel!

Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The amenities were excellent — especially the pool, gym, and overall ambiance of the property. The staff were courteous and responsive, making the check-in and stay smooth. Food was quite good with a decent spread, though there’s slight room for improvement in variety. Location is perfect if you have work around Infopark, with easy access and minimal traffic hassle. Overall, a great option for both business and family stays. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The location is very good, rooms are clean & spacious however the swimming pool is only for rooms of higher category only which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking section.

The property was rustic with beautiful rooms and breathtaking views. Located right next to the sea, it provided a beautiful experience. However the property was not maintained well and the service was not up to the price of the property. The breakfast spread was limited and disappointing.

good stay with a restaurant, bar, cafe, and nightclub all under one roof, so one doesn't have to step outside the hotel for a good time. 🥳 prices are quite reasonable and the location is right next to the water metro station. having said that, they have to work harder on cleanliness. the food was so-so and could have been better. i'd definitely go back for another visit soon.
