DDeepinderHousekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed.
The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar.
In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !

GGuest UserHad two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for one nights with family and really we had a very homely atmosphere. Their service is excellent and food served in the roof top city view with swimming pool. It is near to marine drive beach and we do cruise activities and water metro.

GGuest UserStaff was amazing including Bijo, Libin, farhan IT guys was super amazing and kind. Front concierge Joyal and sharif were super awesome! Ashar front desk was amazing too. Zakara was good helpful.

GGuest UserEverything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

GGuest UserThe property was rustic with beautiful rooms and breathtaking views. Located right next to the sea, it provided a beautiful experience. However the property was not maintained well and the service was not up to the price of the property. The breakfast spread was limited and disappointing.

GGuest UserThe room as well as the restaurant at the 7th floor is very neat and clean. I feel that it’s really a true value for the money paid. The staffs are very affable and customer friendly. They will make you feel at home
