GGuest UserIt’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful.
They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

JJianqiaodeyunThis is a beautiful, niche, Portuguese-style local high-end brand hotel. Although the hotel was almost full at the time of check-in, all my requests, large and small, (including changing the room twice because of fear of noisy) were not satisfied. On the night of arrival, enjoy local traditional dance music while dining by the pool, and have a special taste in the candlelight. All the staff are friendly and professional. A delicious breakfast for a few days was served with the meticulous care of the new chef. The fruit plate that was not finished afterward was also delivered to the room for free. Picture 3 is a healing spring for Jews for 200 years, and there are still many Jews who specialize in soaking. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and it is a variety of shopping and attractions. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

GGuest UserI recently had a wonderful stay. The rooms were impeccably maintained and the bathrooms were spotless, adding to the comfort of my stay. The parking area is spacious and convenient, which made my experience even better. The hotel's location is also a big plus, as it offers easy access to the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a day stay.

GGuest UserSituated around fort kochi, this property is designed very tastefully. Mr. Kiran went out of his way to make it a comfortable stay for us. He guided very well us on our itinerary plans. Book the property without any doubt.

GGuest UserIt's a very good hotel. I stayed there for 4days. They changed the bed sheet every day, replaced the toiletries daily, cleaned the room regularly. Earlier i stayed in other hotels, the didn't do these things. Once we enter we have to use the same sheets pillow covers. But the innate inn hotel service is very much appreciable.

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
