Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Very nice boutique hotel with colonial vibes. Very friendly and courteous hotel staff. The TV remote is a bit confusing but they sent a staff immediately to sort it out. The spa is very reasonably priced and room service is excellent. We have to leave early for the airport and they prepared some fresh cut fruits and yogurt for us to enjoy in the car. Very thoughtful restaurant staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Fragrant Nature Kochi. The property is beautifully maintained with charming colonial architecture and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering excellent comfort. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel truly welcome. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the scenic views around the hotel. Overall, a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kochi.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are great, the service friendly, it has a wonderful atrium complete with coffee shop and plenty of attractive seating areas. In addition there is a spa with a fabulous range of massages etc on offer, a rooftop pool and a rooftop restaurant serving delicious food. It's a wonderful place to spend some time and you can be sure of a great welcome and great service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed during Dussera Holidays (2025). This hotel welcomes you with its beautifully decorated lobby, blending traditional charm with modern elegance. The rooms were decent, clean and a good size. However, the true highlight of the property is the terrace view—one can see the Kochi Customs Port - it is absolutely mind-blowing. The Hotel is situated right next to water metro station of Fort Kochi, which makes public transport easily accessible. Also it is very near to the Vasco D Gama Square, the sunset point and Chinese Fishing nets view point. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and cordial. When we requested a room change because we weren't satisfied with the initial view, they handled it immediately and with grace. Furthermore, knowing we were leaving early for a road trip, they proactively packed a thoughtful breakfast for us. This level of personalized care was deeply appreciated. The restaurant is decent, nothing special, but given the food options in and around Fort Kochi, it is not actually a big deal. All in all, our time at Fragrant Nature Kochi was wonderful and will be etched in our memory for a very long time. We highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed both Kochi and our stay at the Fragrant Nature Hotel. The hotel had a lovely restaurant and pool on the roof with views over the harbour. The staff were very helpful and Shalini went out of her way to help me make a call from a landline back to the UK which was very kind and much appreciated.
