No. 18 Hotel

One of the worst ever experiences we ever had. Such a horrible hotel. No staffs. No proper response. No cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is excellent, room cleanliness (curtains) must be improved, bath mat needed at the bathroom door. Reception service to be improved

Total ambient was soo nice rooms were neat and tidy staffs are good. Thanks

Not good to travel with kids, it's polluted, which is harmful specifically for kids. I had worst experience of this hotel. Not for decent family, it's good for ppl who drink, smoke and wanna have fun with out any limits

Customer service not good, even the hotel workers behave like we are beggars srsly not recommending this hotel property is good but staffs not good (expect room boys )

We'd booked this hotel before but cancel-led due to some reviews. But i went to fort kochi in person and was shocked but how nice a hotel it was. So we booked 2 deluxe rooms this time. Really great hotel with the kindest staff. They helped us arrange travel to go see bioluminicense at 2am in kumbalangi and really looked out for our safety and came to check on us right until we left. They also very kindly facilitated a late checkout. The rooftop bar was a fantastic experience. Had the best time dancing and singing with some fellow travellers from switzerland and australia! the location is a stone's throw from the water metro and the juncar which makes it super convenient. Water bottles and towels are unlimited additional which i personally found great! overall this hotel really elevated our fort kochi experience. Will be back next time!

Good stay. But not worth the money. Phone was not working,

Rooms, bed linen, bathroom etc. Were clean. Reception staff’s attitude while check-in was rude. Some chain smoker used my room before and room was filled with cigarette smell. Parking was insufficient.
