It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful.
They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

Boisson de bienvenue dans ce petit hôtel familial, bien situé pour avoir une approche pédestre de la ville. Ensemble propre, absence d'ascenseur, salle de bain et chambre correctes mais avec une vue sur le mur voisin. Petite piscine bien agréable après une journée de visites. Wifi pas très performant, difficulté à régler la climatisation correctement. Petit déjeuner servi à table seulement à partir 8h, mais le service est assez rapide après commande (fruits, jus de fruits, œufs, toasts ou autre chose). Dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel avec un choix de plats pour un budget modeste (bière sous le manteau comprise). J'ai été surpris par la salade César revisitée, avec de l'ananas et du gruyère, mais sans salade; en revanche, j'ai bien aimé le fish and chips authentique.

Great stop off point for us in Kochi on the way to Munnar. Lovely little hotel, in a nice area, close to main bits of Kochi.

This hotel is better than 3stars! The photos don’t do it justice. Very clean and comfortable rooms, bed feels abit hard to begin with with I actually had a great sleep and back felt great. The staff at the hotel are all really friendly and lovely, super helpful and always a smile 😊 I ate in the restaurant for breakfast and a couple of dinners. Great food, chef gave a personal service and tailored dishes to my liking. I could also see how he was helping to provide dishes for people with kids. The hotel is walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride to everything you want to see in a few days. I would definitely recommend staying at Tissa’s.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in around the world . The staff were all unbelievably helpful , the rooms were furnished with beautiful furniture and were spacious . The food was absolutely delicious and in fact we did not go anywhere outside the hotel for food because it was so good. The location was excellent and right next to all the tourist sights. The hotel organised a fabulous driver , Reggie who took us everywhere we wanted to go. I cannot wait to return.

The welcome received by Sanitha and Christine at Tissa's Inn was beyond compare. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts delicious and filling. The pool and loungers provide a wonderfully refreshing break after touring the city.
