It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful.
They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, sa situation au cœur de Fort Cochin permet de partir à pied pour découvrir les principaux lieux à visiter et proche également de Mattancherry qu,il faut absolument voir! Notre séjour a été merveilleux grâce à la très grande gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel (un grand merci à Sanitha et ses collègues pour leur bonne humeur et leur bienveillance). Dans cet endroit calme nous avons beaucoup apprécié les chambres, les petits déjeuners et la piscine sur le roof top! De plus un transfert entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel est possible.

Stayed at this very special place for 3 nights which is centrally placed for discovering the delights of Fort Cochin. Sunitha and the rest of team deliver exemplary client care at this unique establishment. This was perfectly displayed by the birthday cake and impromptu celebration for my wife who really appreciated this wonderful surprise. If you are looking for spotless high quality accomodation and being looked after by the kindest of people, then Tissa's Inn is the place to stay !

Professional & welcoming: An amazing hotel where I felt completely at ease. Central location. An unbeatable team, professional & personal, excellent service, very friendly, very clean, well-maintained & stylishly furnished rooms, excellent cuisine, beautiful & well-kept rooftop swimming pool. Lovely boutique hotel. Excellent restaurant - prawns were particularly delicious. Close to key sights. A Tuk tuk took us round for them for 100 rupees an hour. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great place for a visit to Cochin. Highly recommend.
