Truly, truly beautiful!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and both nights the AC didn't work, and they couldn't fix it. The hotel is old with outdated infrastructure, which likely prevents them from addressing issues like the AC without significant upgrades. Despite this, they didn't offer me another room. The higher ***agement appears to be very poor at ***aging the situation. My room faced a large ferry pick-up point, and the noise from the old engine ferry was as loud as a massive truck, waking me up every morning. The breakfast menu was very limited, and to make matters worse, I found a live insect in my meal, indicating extremely poor hygiene. Given the high price, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel, as you can find far better luxury elsewhere.

Harbour views and services were excellent and perhaps one of finest option at fort kochi for premium service and stay experience. ***agers and staffs were very supportive and prompt on services. Though food needed little improvement for the price being paid.

The property is small but absolutely gorgeous! it's right on the shore and if you opt for the sea view rooms, your morning will be made! the rooms are extremely spacious and yet cosy! my favorite part was the bathtub! huge and with an unbelievable view. Epitome of luxury! we visited last week and they are still opening up after the pandemic, so only 1 restaurant, the armoury was open. However, the food was delicious! we tried a lot of things, both veg and non veg and traditional and continental. Everything was great taste wise and extremely lovely presentation wise. I had read a lot of feedbacks about staff being partial to foreigners. I did not feel that at all! i felt the staff was impeccable. Special thanks to ronald and jenifer at the reception who were extremely kind, especially ronald who took my parents on an exceptional dolphin sighting tour, even when they were the only guests. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. The restaurant staff, anjuna and kevin who served mos tofu our meals were so polite and so efficient. The meals were extremely lovely thanks to their kindness and courtesy. Lastly, something that has become extremely important post pandemic. The place is spicy and span! everything extremely tidy. We had a view of the pool and the sea both and they cleaned the pool every morning and the pool side area as well the restaurant and the lobby. On a whole, it's an expensive stay but i feel all of us deserve it every once in a while. The activities are not all back full throttle, for instance, they said they have baking and cooking classes etc. But we did enjoy the ayurvedic massage and the evening dolphin sighting boat rides. Also, special thanks to mr chidambaram from the reservation team, who was very prompt and kind with his responses to my mail enquiry.

1. Splendid view from the balcony where you can watch the ships & boats whole day long. 2. Sunset cruise was mesmerizing. 3. Well maintained pool 4. Property though dates back to british era is well maintained & gives you a colonial feel. 5. Breakfast & high tea can be improved. 6. Timings for heritage walk can be made flexible.

It was a good experience.
