My stay is comfortable and good front office staff is very cooperative and housekeeping staff is very helpful monster is very peaceful and checking and check out procedures is very easy and this hotel

Good hotel situated near to KSRTC bus station. Double bed rooms are medium in size but equipped with essential amenities. All the rooms have centrelised air conditioning and 24 hours hit water in the shower. Food is also good. Decent parking space is available.

Worst hotel that I have seen in my life,TV,telephone not working,genset not working,hot water not available.Food was pathetic for etv we just came for an official visit with our hed (GM)that sorry to say that our break fast experience was pethatic. Alt most all there food was cold and not the money which we paid and not worth.There is no parking space as well,secondly its on the height and very narrower road in front.It was a pathetic experience ,I would not recommend people not stay in this hotel.

We were 10 pax visiting Kerala for the first time. Our stay at Abad Metro was very pleasant. We also enjoyed our dinner and breakfast at the same hotel. Staff was very helpful. We will recommend our friends to stay here.

Very Neat & Clean. Staff's behavior is very good. Very good for family. Very good and fresh food. And we will get good hotels within 300 meters. Walkable distance to Kochi Metro Station. Very good shopping mall (Center Square) is there. We felt very good holidays.

Very unpleasant experience. Please avoid this hotel in kochi. We stayed for 2 nights there is no body wash/shower wash provided. We have to go to near by shop in the morning to buy our own and hot water is not coming. Water force is extremely slow and on complaining they said because we have ***y guests from sabrimala today so water force and hot water issue. Totally disappointed. Checking out today. Thanks Please avoid booking this hotel.. pictures you see in trip advisor is misguiding when you actually come and stay at this place. Thanks

It was an official visit to Kochi and I needed a comfy, reasonably priced, neat place to recharge myself after the journey to Kochi. And that's exactly what Abad Metro gave me! My verdict: the room is neat, extremely well maintained, ideal for a person who wants a night's peaceful sleep. Breakfast was good, the reception staff were professional, helpful and well-***nered. What more do you need! Well done, Abad Metro. I am sure I will keep coming to this place

The hotel is very clean and has good service and the infrastructure is a bit outdated, but one can still enjoy a quality stay and the food is amazing.We had a very good and polite experience at the hotel thanks to Mr Amal & Anoop, the receptionists, and Mr Abhilash, the housekeeper. It is also near by bus stations so tourists can easily get to their destinations by bus.All the very best for future growth of the hotel..God bless👍🤝🙏

I stayed at abad metro for 3 days.Mr Anoop at the reception is very friendly,courteous and professional.Mr Benny who works in the restaurant will make necessary changes to the breakfast buffet according to your personal preference if you request him 2 to 3 days in advance.Overall,an excellent place to stay near KSRTC bus station,Ernakulam.
