I chose Taj due to its reputation and the expectation of high-quality service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I felt compelled to share my feedback regarding the poor amenities and facilities I encountered during my stay. Though I was given a new suite up on expressing my concern things were more or less the same. We were on a vacation expecting to relax two days, but the experience with the hotel spoiled the mood of the whole family. I felt like I was cheated :( :(. I am sure that I can get much better facilities in Kochi for half of the price I paid for my stay with this hotel. The issues I encountered with the amenities and facilities significantly detracted from my visit. I urge the management to address these shortcomings to ensure that future guests receive the quality and service that aligns with your hotel's reputed standards. Attached are a few pictures of the age old amenities you get for 6500 INR/Day :(. Only positives are the amazing view of Arabian sea and the polite staff.
