"Our stay at Marriott Kochi was excellent! From the food to the service.. we couldn't have asked for anything more. They were on point for everything! We got a free room upgrade and the staffs were really going the extra mile for us. Food spread was excellent too. Our babies had a great time and actually requested us to take them back to the hotel when we checked-in to another hotel at another state the next day. Will definitely be back here again and highly recommended this hotel to everyone.. A big thank you once again to the management and staffs at Marriott Kochi for the excellent service!!"

"Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!"

"it was a good experience in south gate residency. The room was neat. And the AC was perfectly working without any technical issues. Also, the main advantage of booking that hotel is they accepting food delivery in their hotel, and when we ordered the food, we don't have disposable plates with us. They provided me the plates for us. I treated this as a good customer service when we have any issue or we have any confused situations, they help us with a good intention."

GGuest UserIt’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

AAustin KitHotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi.  Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful.  Checkin was quick and easy.  The room is basic but very clean.  Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable.  Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there.  Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler.  I would definitely stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!

SSashreeI’m not really recommending this place … if you look place to only sleep .. maybe can be okay … But that too need to be ready for electricity Cuts very frequently… And already there have many staff was talking near the front desk.. I was very disturbed since I was staying 1st floor.. food definitely you have to travel out to get .. otherwise Saravana bavan walking distance .. luckily there have front desk staff was helping me to order food .. very thankful for her .. good for money..

GGuest Userthe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Veg breakfast buffet is good with some items changing daily. Townhall metro is within walkable distance of 3 minutes. Swiggy and zomato deliver here. Cabs are arranged for trips.

GGuest Userhotel is very near to Cochin Airport. The amenities given in the hotel are good and praise worthy. Staff are helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant is tasty. the rooms are maintained cleanly and tidy. The size of the room is somewhat small. TV cable did not work during our stay. conveyance in airport area is a bit costly and we have to make arrangements for cab or auto well before to avoid tension. over all our stay is excellent

Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!
