"Bad welcome! At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night ) We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access. Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally. I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for. Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season. Room service was good. The room was clean. Room offered a great pool view. We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options. Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous. Stay here if you get good deals."

"Stay was perfect from even before i started, they contacted me prior to my stay to arrange pick up from the airport which was ready by the time i got out, service was fantastic, food was delicious and the room was great as well, would definitely recommend!"

"Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. "Gave me an upgrade to a suite which was really nice when checking in. Buffet was very crowed in mornings so breakfast is not a great experience especially when in a rush for work. Staff generally nice and accommodating and also helped arrange transport."

"The room we got the other day was not a value for money. When we see the photo of the room, we think that it is such a nice room, but the room we see in the photo is different. Room can be rated 5 in terms of cleanliness. Often we check rooms it is very safe and there is a loyalty We got two small bottles of water to our room where four of us stayed. When i asked again, i got two small bottles of water. This is a very negative approach. Hotel after hotel has become very stingy even with drinking water. Complimentary break fast is a very sad condition even if it is break fast."

"I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat. Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!"

"Housekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed. The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar. In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !"
