An ok hotel for stay. Reception and front desk was small hence the initial feel is not that good as only limited seat for sitting during checkin wait as all seats were full with people who were having personal meetings. They gave us an upgrade to suit room. Room was good, spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was more with spring effect. Breakfast was ok. Checkout was fast. Very close to metro station so easy to commute to any part of city. Bar is very good and the Atmosphere was good to enjoy alone.

The hotel left a very mixed impression. On the one hand, it is absolutely charming - the design of the hotel, the rooms, the courtyard - all this touches and immerses you in an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. On the other hand, there are a lot of disadvantages that can outweigh the advantages. For example, the rooms are very cold even when the air conditioner is off. And in general, air conditioners are constantly working everywhere, so I did not get out of a warm sweater with a hood. Didn't like the food. I understand that this is India, but usually large hotels also have a European menu. Here, too, there were options, but either peppered and spicy anyway, or a la fast food (pizza and burgers). In general, if you are a gastritis, an ulcer, or for some other reason are limited in nutrition, then you will have a very difficult time. The staff is very arrogant (not all of course, but the general mass), there is always a feeling that you owe them something. Well, the last little remark, speaking about the attitude and sensitivity of the staff: we arrived on my husband's birthday and did not even hear the banal ”happy birthday” at the check-in. First time like this. Usually they will at least verbally congratulate, as a maximum they will treat you with cakes)

Stayed at Hotel Kochi Caprice recently for official purpose for two days and the stay was comfortable.Being at ***orama Junction, its easy to access the town and other public transport facilities. The room is with good decor, spacious and is maintained properly. Since they have a restaurant in the building they should give a bit more importance to room service. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel has parking in front and by the side, the restaurant in front is also convenient and overall a nice hotel to stay with family or for business purpose.

I stayed in Treebo Trend Crown Suites for a day while attending a wedding at Kochi. The hotel is very well located in the heart of town, near the ***orama Junction, and a few mins walk from the metro station Kadavanthra. There is a clean Udupi vegetarian restaurant a few metres away, and plenty of shops and supermarkets at Panampilly Nagar, a few mins walk away. The rooms are spacious and have balconies, but the lighting is inadequate, particularly near the dressing mirror. The tv also has very limited channels, and hot water Is not available in the bathroom very early in the morning. I would have given the property a better rating if there had been a tea/coffee kettle in the room as well. However the staff are courteous and accommodating.
