We really enjoyed the bird watching guided by Madan, first time and would love to do it all over again. Food was also pretty good, ***** with a pool with forest view.

Our daughter enjoyed the rope adventure level 1 and Level 2 under the guidance of Mr prem singh and the othe team members Mr. Ajith Sing and Mr Lokesh. Thanks a lot to the entire team. Our daughter enjoyed the adventure activity. It has made her a confident child now.

A big thank you to Mr. Prem Singh who helped my daughter with the Rope Adventure. His able guidance & motivation helped her to complete both levels. A big thank you to Mr. Lokesh, Mr Ajith Singh for keeping us to upto speed with the different activities at the resort.

The property is one of the best Club Mahindra properties. The highlight were kids activities and adventure obstacle course. But the icing on the cake was the coffe plantation walk which was extremely informative and pleasant with the best coffee tasting at the end

I had an aweful stay experience. 1) No one was there for the luggage pickup when we arrived . 2) Rooms werenot maintained. I had to chase staff in getting basic facilities like telephone service. 3) Strictly avoid the restaurant , they are sort of food items which are edible. The restaurant is packed and the service is not very good. Most crucially, though, nobody is genuinely making an effort to practice basic hygiene. I noticed that insects were moving on the buffet counter table and that cats were licking the plates. 3) A complimentary cake was promised to me , but they refused it at the last minute of the day, so I had to work very hard to get it in time. . 4) The majority of the activities were not operational. Pool was overcrowded and not properly maintained.

Had a great time at Happy Hub dancing activity during Free dance and Salsa. Special thanks to Sanghamitra,Prashant and Sumesh. The engaged us throughout the activity. We really had a good time. Definitely will recommend to our family friends.

Dancing activities were really excellent. Sumesh Sanghamitra and Prashant were excellent in tuterage. DJ activites were excellent.

Nice activity especially DJ, Salsa and free style dancing. Lots of dancing with Songamitra, Prasanth and Sumesh. Swimming pool hygiene needs improvement. Good food.

Very good experience at the dance workshop with Prashant I learned ***y dance steps and the happy Hub was really good. All the staff at the resort were good as well.
