"Premium honeycomb - about room - location of the property is good but not worth for the property which we paid. very old room and room amenities which they mentioned in list are not provided. door locking is not working properly. food - ala carte took very long time we waited nearly 1 hour to get the food. itseems the person who took order from us, he forgot. we remained him then he went to kitchen after 20 mins we got food, waited almost 1 hour. not worth of amount which we paid please improve the room safety, provide amenities which listed during booking , alocate nice rooms for the amount which we paid "

"Resort is good and located near lake with direct access to the lake inside the resort. Food is managed very badly and restaurant staff is very rude and careless. We had both Dinner and Breakfast which was not resort standard, it was more like beggars in front of temple waiting for food to get reloaded and fight for your portion, very pathetic scenes and unfortunately our kids has to satisfy with Bread and cornflakes, very disgusting scenes and poorly handled by hotel management staff, not worth visiting paying money of a 4 star resort and seeing service not even like 0 star cheap hotels."

"Comfortable homely stay in a good location. It is a more of a home stay rather than a full fledged hotel. The owners Uthappa family and the Manager were always a phone call away since their house is adjoining the property. Rooms & bathrooms were clean and spacious for a family of three. Breakfast included in the room rate was authentic home made and delcious with good quantity. Location is very good, 8kms away from city and crowded paved roads, silent serene location with good view of the forest from the balcony.. The property also have their own coffee and pepper plantation which makes for good exploration with kids. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a good experience. "

"We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property. The staff were amazing, very helpful, and made our stay comfortable. We stayed in the Signature Machaan room, which was clean, well-designed, and beautifully maintained. The jacuzzi experience was also excellent. The activities were great, including the morning bird-watching with Peter, who helped us spot many birds and an Indian giant squirrel, the plantation walk with Shreyas was very informative, and the nocturnal walk was unique and memorable. The food was amazing, with great variety and exceptional taste. Overall, a must-visit place. I would recommend staying for at least two days."

"This is a beautiful property set on lush landscape. However there are more negatives than positives. The dinner menu was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff are extremely polite and eager to assist. The downside to this property is that the breakfast was basic and of poor quality. The villa bathrooms had an extremely bad odour throughout our stay , there was brown buildup of dirt in the bathrooms, toilets were not washed and gave off an unpleasant smell. Showers were limited to one minute as there was no hot water beyond that. Basic amenities like toilet paper were limited and we had to constantly phone for more. There was no landline in the villa so we had to use our cellphone each time. We were overcharged at checkout, so please go through your bill carefully."

Special word for Mr Jinashuddin the MD and Mr Chandrasekhar from the Management team who were very cheerful and positive all the time to ensure comfort of the Guests and ensured overall efficiency and care .. Waiter Hafiz was good and efficient ..We would like to visit Coorg again and also pass on details of this Resort to our extended Group friends who may like to visit Coorg...Keep the good work going Kingmakers Plantation Resort. .
