GGuest UserAlthough location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get ***y calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

GGuest UserResort was far better than seen in the pictures. Excellent experience. Great location. Peaceful atmosphere, amidst nature. Spacious rooms. Wide selection of breakfast with great service. Staff member from baking section Ms Paulami was very courteous, helpful and friendly. All staff were nice and services were great. Checkin and checkout was smooth.

SSairamRoom was very spacious, clean bathroom, buffet breakfast was good. Indoor games room was nice with carrom, chess, board games, table tennis & snooker. Swimming Pool was big ( didn’t use it ). Reception was friendly to handle luggages during check in and check out.

Welcome coffee beverage was appreciated ***** with complimentary fruit plate in room! Breakfast was enjoyable.
Location is not ideal for exploring nature or what the area is known for; not close to sightseeing or shops for spices or coffee. They offer no guidance in this respect nor maps of area.
Suite was spacious but the bed was very uncomfortable
and no nice views from room.

MMasterOur booking was initially denied by the property holder. We had a lot of struggle getting it clarified that we booked from trip.com and already paid for it and got the room hours later.
