Hotel ambience is good. Staffs are supportive. Room is clean and good. Enjoyed stay and prefer for next time as well.

I will not recommend to stay here as rooms are very bad in condition, even there are no room service available, you need to walk personally till reception for anything needed, very worst experience ever, which i didn't even think while booking hotel. I wonder how come rating is good where nothing is upto the mark. Rooms needs immediate renovation.

Food not available at the hotel but there is a mess just opposite to the hotel is good. Frequent power cut happened during our stay other than that everything was good.

Rooms are clean and hygiene. Drinking water provision, good service well services. Total staff behavior very nice. Very satisfied with location and atmosphere. Quick service by attendant. No complaints about anything. Next time we will stay in rj inn residency only.

The behaviour of the staff and owner was soo good and amezed. They arrange food at night while all the shops are closed. Even the owner arrange cab for sight scene and drop us to madurai air port. I really appreciate. It's worth my money. Wanna visit again
