Kodhipparu Hotels with Airport pickup service

We went to Grand Park Kodhipparu for our honeymoon trip and it was beyond amazing! The view, the accommodation, the service, the food, everything was perfect :) We are definitely looking forward to be back again!

I've never given a 5 out of 5, so this is the first time I've given a 5 to this Hilton. Newly opened hotel with perfect hardware facilities and first-class service. The luxury speedboat is very convenient to go to the island, which can make good use of the time in Madai. Due to the newly opened hotel, there are not many people at present, the buffet is not fully open, all orders are made, and the food tastes very good. Especially those who like Asian food and seafood are very satisfied.

The weather is too bad and the hotel water house is good. The sand house is generally very rusty and not delicate. Snorkeling on the island is better, we go every day. Wife and child think they eat well. There is a ping-pong table, and we will play for a while after dinner. What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived at the airport we were so welcome by so the staff. The resort itself is beautiful and kept really well. This is high quality resort with a very personalised touch. Shohel, our house keeper, made such a difference and was very courteous and thoughtful. We stayed for our anniversary and was met with such a beautiful display. The room was quite spacious as we stayed in an overwater villa and was quite private. The beautiful reefs are worth exploring. All the activities in the resort are so much fun and the staff make it much more enjoyable filling in any knowledge gaps and answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying as we’ve decided we’d love to come back in the future.

Stayed two nights (approximately 2.3w RMB) and concluded that it is a low cost hotel. A. The island is not big. There are two restaurants, one Japanese and one chowder. The ingredients are fresh and expensive (based on the per capita consumption of domestic restaurants, the unit is changed from RMB to US dollars, which is the price of his home), but the taste is really average and the whole is salty. Transportation on the island: The airport can be reached by speedboat in 35 minutes, roundtrip USD 357 / person, reaching the price of other long distance hotels by water. The snorkeling environment is average, especially in the snorkelling area. Many corals are bleached. The snorkeling area is also very small. Been to the best snorkeling in Ihulu Island. D. For hotels without a reception desk, everything is handled by the butler. The steward is Chinese who speaks Chinese and the service is not one-on-one. Another Chinese couple was also hosted by the housekeeper. The service attitude is very good, although some things will be forgotten, it is probably too busy, there is no big problem in this regard. I still prefer the way to find the front desk. E. The room is really nice, the area is large enough, and the pool bathtub is available. But this is probably the only strong point of this hotel. F. The quality of all service staff is very good. Polite and professional. Summary: Suitable for those who care about the room type, have no high requirements for snorkeling, are relatively wealthy and do not care about the cost-effective tourists. The hotel itself is not bad, the price is too high. . . For tourists who have been to the Maldives many times, this one is really not worth it. I really have more money and burned my head. ...to enjoy your vacation. We have spent 10 days at the Bandos resort in September, and the place and staff are absolutely amazing (more about the people at the end). Unfortunately, there is currently construction work going on and we were only informed about this by our travel agent after the booking. Our beach villa did not really have a beach (yet) as this was still being prepared. The shovel excavator started doing its work at 7am in the morning and sometimes only stopped at 10:30pm. This was the unfortunate part. We do not necessarily blame the hotel for this as the renewal has to be done at some stage. The Bandos resort is soon getting 50 years old and it is good that it is being kept up to date. The new villas at the front left side are really nice. We would just have hoped that the current circumstances would have been better described on the web site and that the prices would have been adjusted accordingly. We had the all-inclusive package which is kind of a must, otherwise the vacation will be very expensive. With AI, you will have a wide choice of drinks and really good food for breakfast, at lunch and dinner. You definitely have to try the different curry's, they are excellent in taste. The best thing about the resort is its team. Everybody is fluent in English, very kind to you and can somehow read your mind and wishes that you have. The management must give their employees a really good training upfront. At dinner, Tanuj, xx, xx and xx gave us a perfect treatment. After a few days they recognized us, despite having to take care of so many visitors. Special requests, such as different beverages or food, were being taken care of right away. At the last day of our stay we had a table that was already prepared for us, The decoration looked wonderful and it almost felt like a honeymoon. The location gets 5 stars. The current construction works (and the way they are handled) reduces it down to 3-4 stars. However, the kindness of the team brings the overall impression back to 5 stars. In fact, they and Dolphin Sightseeing are both in the same hotel. They didn’t even know when the Dolphin Sightseeing came back, and then they said no to me without thinking for a second. There are island hopping tours here, but because this hotel is inherently few people, each project requires more than 6 people to go, and many projects are not enough for people to go. I don't have much time in Madai, so I can only give up. So go to the more expensive islands where more people go, at least you can go to island hopping. The hotel rooms are average. The difference between the garden room and the superior room is the first floor and the second floor. The crows on the trees outside at night are very noisy and can’t stand it. In fact, it’s good for the first floor to be cheaper by 200 yuan a day. This island is the cheapest island fee, 85 US dollars, wifi is very poor, slow to death, you must first buy a data card in the Maldives. The waiter is not good, don't come, go to Sheraton Full Moon Island or Pantos Island, Bandos is about the same fee, 93 dollars, but the diving there is beautiful, the room price is about the same, but the service of others is good. It costs $43 per person to go back and forth to Bandos. You can only practice snorkeling here, there are many reefs, it's a small island, and it discriminates against the Chinese, and the service attitude is so bad. Everyone Chinese, don't come here. I regret coming. I should spend more money to stay in other hotels. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty good. The breakfast place is open-air and the photos are beautiful. There are many kinds of breakfast, too many to believe, I ate breakfast for two hours

An absolutely fantastic experience. It was our first time in the Maldives and we had high expectations, which I am pleased to say were exceeded. The island is on the smaller size, but the limited number of villas means that it never felt busy. We were in an overwater villa, which was absolutely beautiful and kept spotlessly clean by the hardworking cleaning staff. The construction of the villas means that the overwater decking area is very private. Another highlight of the villa is the open air bathroom, the sound of the sea while you are showering is a relaxing experience on a different level. As noted the island itself is small but very beautiful. The vegetation has really come into its own, and they go all out on making it feel romantic with the way the island is decorated. There are several beaches, including a lovely small one with the best views of the sunset every evening. We found the food to be excellent, I really like the fact that it is not a full buffet every time, instead the restaurant is based around cooking stations with choices that change every day. The staff are universally excellent, and I cannot overemphasise how hard working they are and committed to making sure that you enjoy your stay. Special thanks to Richie for being a fantastic co-ordinator of our activities, Shruti and Yeshi for making sure our room was immaculate and Nabeel, Rachelle, Elin, Shamsul, Lana, Sapna, Merina, Teju, Alpi and Setal from the restaurant!
