Not friendly to Chinese people. An older waitress in the restaurant asked for a tip at breakfast and complained when it was not given to her. In addition, there is a charge for chairs on the beach.

Mac Resort is very old run down and and not well managed. It is in a good location on White Beach, The breakfast is very average and the staff not attentive. It is not worth paying full rates to stay at this hotel. We booked online without seeing the hotel and were very disappointed

Supernöjda! Hade balkong med havsutsikt vilket var så värt pengarna! Perfekt läge på stranden och sängarna fick fem plus mot hur det kan vara i Thailand.
Trevlig personal och Mook hälsade oss alltid med ett leendenoch lite småprat till frukosten. Rekommenderar verkligen!

We had a very good seaview room and the whole beach area near resort was very nice. Bed in room was comfortable and breakfast was ok.
Only negative was animals in toilet and a little noisy air conditioning.

Today I left Thailand where we stayed at Mac Resort Hotel Koh Chang, when I left I accidentally left my bag with my diamond ring, money and bank card. The hotel have found this for me and are keeping it safe until I can collect in 3 weeks. I am so grateful thanks Mac Resort Ko Chang. Thankful for honesty.

The resort complex is very tired, in need of an uplift the shower was diabolica. Staff and resort location 10/10 , the price is excellent, good clean bed and linen. Overall rating medium to good . The resort is placed well for daytime beach and night time beach activities.

Ужасный персонал! Что редко для Тайланда!! Долбит музыка до 23:00 прям под окном номера, просили другой номер, нам предложили лишь один,с большой кроватью, а дети спят на разных! Шведский стол без свежих овощей, все холодное! Номер старый, постельное белье в дырах, просили вернуть деньги, нам отказали!
