Comfortable beds, cleaning is not very good but the staff, the pool, the beach and the breakfast very nice! Easy and affordable to book a tour, motorbikes. Almost everybody speaks very good English. The Songkran was cool and fun. Nice clothes to buy and ok prices.

Great place, clean, friendly and staff were all amazing. I have stayed at higher rated hotels and had worse service so book this place as I would if I ever return to Koh Chang. I’d advise to book a deluxe double with balcony overlooking the pool and not any at hillside unless you’re on a tighter budget. We stayed room 409 and to note Wi-Fi box was right outside so perfect throughout stay.

From the moment I asked to see.rooms prior to booking and extending my stay twice everything was great. Staff were fantastic, location great, and room was fine. Book a deluxe room with balcony in the main building would be my recommendation unless your on a tighter budget.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Cookies Ko Chang auf dem Weg von Ko Kut zum Trat Airport, aber vom Hotel positiv überrascht. Der Service war sehr freundlich, die Lage am besten Abschnitt des White Sand Beach auch sehr gut. Die Strandrestaurants und Bars waren in unmittelbarer Umgebung, trotzdem war es im Hotel angenehm ruhig (zumindest in den Zimmern auf der Meerseite, der Hillside Bereich ist sicher durch die Straße etwas lauter). Der flach abfallende Strand eignet sich gut zum Baden, der Blick auf die Berge der Insel ist sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war mehr als geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Den Frühstücksraum fanden wir nicht wirklich prickelnd, eine Umgestaltung wäre dringend nötig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht herausragend, aber in Ordnung. Für Leute, die ein solides Mittelklassehotel mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und legerer A**osphäre suchen, sicher eine gute Wahl. Eine bessere Lage am White Sand Beach findet man zu diesem Preis schwer. Wir würden hier sofort wieder einchecken.

Just had 5 nights at Cookies Hotel and it was faultless. Location was great, rooms were clean and air conditioning worked brilliantly. Staff were lovely and helpful. No complaints whatsoever - great hotel on a great beach.
