The beach is very dirty. There is a lot of garbage on the beach at low tide. There are many reefs in the sea, which is not suitable for swimming. The hotel basically has no services and no choice for breakfast.
I booked the same Junior suite as my friend on booking, but the same room type we booked on Ctrip was downgraded to a double bed room that was half the size. The hotel called the small room a sea view room, and we had earned the price we paid on Ctrip. In the end, Ctrip failed to negotiate, but gave a 100 yuan compensation coupon.
In short, I don’t recommend this hotel at all

The hotel area has a beautiful garden, the grounds are well taken care of, the pool is beautiful and clean, the breakfasts are excellent, the staff are friendly, a beautiful restaurant, if you want something cheaper, you can walk 10-15 minutes to more cheap places, a calm and quiet place for families, the entrance to the sea is in The area around the hotel is a bit rocky, but you can find a better place within a 5 minute walk. Great location in that it's close to the ghost ship and being on the beach. Our villa was lovely, it was clean, well equipped with a lovely sea view. Food on the beach in their restaurant was fantastic and to top it off the staff were brilliant.

We enjoyed our time at chivapuri very much. So beautiful place. Breakfast was in a nice place, food and coffee was good. We really enjoyed our 6 days. The massage was good and cheap, nice to get it wit the sound fra the sea

Small luxury houses surrounded by sublime vegetation facing the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. The adorable staff available with a great smile. Very generous lunch ☺️ I recommend this beautiful, relaxing hotel.

Great facility, friendly staff, clean housekeeping... The facility is very well maintained, gardening is constantly going on everywhere...! Our junior suite is well furnished, everything is very high quality, great bathroom! Breakfast is OK, there is something to choose from for everyone... unfortunately they don't refill it, so if you come later it looks a bit poor, and the hot dishes are rather cold and things like yoghurt and fruit are already warm...! This could be improved a bit. The food in the restaurant is also rather expensive... service is automatically added at 10%... so a small beer costs 110 THB, for example... The pool is great and the location in general too... you just have to be aware that you can't quickly go shopping on foot. The friendly staff will help you rent a scooter. We'd love to come back... a great place to relax...!

Still a great place to relax. Beautifully laid out pool. The whole a**osphere is relaxed. The staff are very helpful and friendly, but in the restaurant they can be a bit too dreamy. Room cleaning is great. Incidentally, as management I would check whether it is possible to assign someone as a pool boy. You are pretty much left to your own devices there. Was there before Corona. The one pavilion near the pool was used as a small bar.

This is a lovely classic Thai resort set in the jungle. The staff was amazing and helpful. It’s so peaceful and serene, a wonderful setting. This hotel is not modern but has everything you need and everything is so well maintained. The fresh homemade bread for breakfast was incredible.
