กำลังจะประทับใจกับบรรยากาศและขนาดห้องและราคาและก็อยากจะไปใช้บริการอีกครั้ง
สิ่งที่ รร ควรปรับปรุงคือพนักงานรับส่งจากห้องไปที่จอดรถเวรกลางคืน มารยาทการรับสายคือโทรเรียกให้มารับที่ห้องแต่วางหูกระแทกใส่ ต้องทนแบบนี้3คืน ควรอบรมมารยาทการพูดคุยโทรศัพท์ด้วย
ตี2โทรหารถมารับเนื่องจากลูกอ้วกฉุกเฉินโทรอยู่20นาทีถึงมีรถมารับ ขากลับเดินจากลานจอดรถกลับห้องเอง ทั้งโรงแรมตะโกนหาเจ้าหน้าที่ ไม่มีคนเลย
ห้องพักที่หันหน้าสระน้ำ เจอแมลงสาบทั้ง2คืนต้องจับเองแมลงสาบบินอีกดีไม่มาเกาะหน้าตอนกลางคืน
ยังไม่ข้ามคืนแรกส้วมเต็ม ยังไม่ทันอยู่ถึง1ชม.
ต้องตามช่างมาซ่อม ดีนะยังไม่ได้ทำธุระในห้องน้ำ
อาจจะมาท่อระบายน้ำ เรามีลูกเล็กมาด้วย
ใช้บริการห้องอาหารของโรงแรมกับข้าวอร่อยอุดหนุนจัดเต็มมาก กับข้าวสั้งไป9อย่างได้มั้ง
แต่คืนถัดไปขอยืมช้อนซ่อมกับชาม3ใบต้องโทรตามตั้งแต่ฟร้อนท์ ห้องอาหารบอกให้ไปเอาเอง จนลูกค้าต้องโทรเคลียร์เองถึงจะเอามาให้ พนักงานดูทำงานหนัก ควรจะจัดการระบบใหม่ อาหารเช้าประทับใจ บรรยากาศภายนอกดี หาดดี บริการพนักงานหิ้วกระเป๋ากลางวันดีชวนลูกค้าคุย มีใจบริการ

ห้องพักสะอาด แอร์เย็นฉ่ำถูกใจ มี bathtub บรรยากาศดีมาก เป็นธรรมชาติ ต้นไม้เยอะ แต่ไม่มียุง ไม่มีแมลงมารบกวนเลย อาหารเช้าธรรมดา รสชาติกลางๆ ขนมครกกับข้าวต้มหมูอร่อยเหมือนเดิม มาเป็นครั้งที่2 และประทับใจทั้ง2ครั้ง สระว่ายน้ำ2สระ เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก มีกิจกรรมพายคะยัค ชม ละ 150

Had a Amazing stay. What a great location and wonderful staff. The view from form all angles of the hotel is amazing! From the room to the pools view everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

第一次來象島玩，酒店各方面都還好，唯一讓我感到失望的一件事情，是我晚上根本沒有辦法好好睡覺，這次我住了兩個晚上，第一晚我就聽到房間有一個動物的叫聲，非常大聲，而且不間斷的叫，我在房間找了好久也沒有發現，認為在外面，叫一會它就走了，可是一直沒有走，沒有辦法，衹能這樣、勉強住了一晚，第二天想不會再叫了沒，真沒有想到，還是很大聲，我衹能去找，在房頂外面有一個小洞，它就在裏面，我嘗試把它趕出來，但是它跑進屋頂裏面來了，大概在衞生間的位置，把我們都嚇到了，我去前台找工作人員，發現晚上是沒有人的，絕望。以後入住的朋友一定要注意，我在網上查了下，終於讓我查到了，是一衹蜥蜴，真心希望酒店工作人員儘快處理那衹蜥蜴，不然真沒辦法睡覺。

Отель понравился, кровать в номере очень удобная. Не понравилось, что отменили трансфер на Вайт Сэнд Бич. Очень было раньше удобно.
В ресторане подают на блюда изысканные блюда в тайском стиле.
