Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.

Superb hotel with fantastic service and personnel. It was a very pleasant experience staying in the hotel.

The resort staffs is friendly and helpful. The room is great, clean and tidy. The beach is in front of the resort with white sand and clear water. There are lot of activities provided. Excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure

Usually a hotel or resort doesn't live up to the advertising but in this case it definitely does. Koh Kood is a beautiful island and this resort is amazing. Incredible location on a stunning beach, amazing facilities and fantastic staff. The deluxe pool villa was well-appointed with everything i needed, including a delightful little pool. The resort's galaxy pool is big and looks straight across the lawn to the beach. Every single staff member I came across was friendly, helpful and professional. I hope to come back to this beautiful resort another time.

The beach is also perfect, and I want to rest and enjoy the beach and sunshine every day; the holiday home has its own dedicated swimming pool, and the bedroom and bathroom are designed and decorated to make the guests comfortable; the SPA service provided by the hotel is more expensive, but it is also enjoyable. There is a desire to sleep in the soothing music, and the technicians have high professional skills; the breakfast is very good. It happened to encounter a free kayaking activity. Since it was the first time to experience this sport, I started to adapt a little, but I soon became proficient. The staff led in front and was very responsible. The experience of this process was very good; the breakfast dining environment was comfortable, and you could also enjoy the beach view while eating breakfast; after checking out, the hotel car and service staff sent you to the pier of the island. But the hotel breakfast is average, the massage level is poor, the resort consumption is high, and there are few surrounding facilities, which is not as good as the black banana restaurant or secret beach. At night I found a cockroach in the bathtub. and running in the room And saw it every day until the last day. The employees were well informed and tried to fix it as best they could. The ceiling fan is broken, the room is hot, the air conditioner is incomplete, not cool. I recommend it to others. The room quality is not worth this price.
