High Season Pool Villa & Spa

Beautiful accommodation, nice atmosphere, the sea in the rainy season is still beautiful, very good staff and reception, the room looks clean and the equipment in the room looks clean. It's the room that's closest to the sea, if not counting the pool villa sea view. But! But! But! I woke up with red, swollen bumps on my back, legs and parts that touch the mattress since the first night. They were very swollen and itchy. The first few days, I thought it might be sand fly. I thought the bumps would go down in a couple of days. After 2-3 days, the bumps kept swollen and infected. There were clear spots in the middle. 😳 They are very red and swollen now. We are probably allergic. After studying the information, I found out that the things that bite like this are bedbugs that live on the mattress. They come out at night. Because while I was sleeping, I felt something crawling. When I got up to turn on the lights, I didn't see anything. But the bitten areas were itchy, so I quickly got up to get lemongrass spray and sprayed it on both the mattress and my body. But it was too late. I got bitten more than 20 times, on my back, buttocks, and back of my legs. The second night, I sprayed the mattress before going to bed, but I still got bitten more. I was not impressed at all. It's a five-star hotel. The room rate is quite expensive, but I have to get hurt like this. I have never traveled anywhere and stayed in a hotel or even a homestay and had such a bad experience in my life….. While sitting on the beach, I saw a foreigner with the same kind of bumps all over his body, a lot of them, more than us. I thought, oh!! It's the same kind because he was sunbathing and the sand fly must have bitten him like us….. For the benefit of other guests, I would like to ask the hotel to help improve this matter.

A very perfect resort, the hotel is in an excellent location, I like the villa design and decoration style, the important thing is to pay attention to details and quality, of course, environmental protection considerations; the staff is very friendly, and introduces the hotel facilities to guests when checking in. The beach is also perfect, and I want to rest and enjoy the beach and sunshine every day; the holiday home has its own dedicated swimming pool, and the bedroom and bathroom are designed and decorated to make the guests comfortable; the SPA service provided by the hotel is more expensive, but it is also enjoyable. There is a desire to sleep in the soothing music, and the technicians have high professional skills; the breakfast is very good. It happened to encounter a free kayaking activity. Since it was the first time to experience this sport, I started to adapt a little, but I soon became proficient. The staff led in front and was very responsible. The experience of this process was very good; the breakfast dining environment was comfortable, and you could also enjoy the beach view while eating breakfast; after checking out, the hotel car and service staff sent you to the pier of the island. The room is very comfortable and the beach quality is one of the best on the island. But the hotel breakfast is average, the massage level is poor, the resort consumption is high, and there are few surrounding facilities, which is not as good as the black banana restaurant or secret beach. I recommend the nearby restaurant mermaid.

It has friendly service and a beautiful sea view. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the restaurant wasn't that delicious and the air conditioner wasn't cool. Still, it is a place worth visiting.
